Worst customer service! Even though I was sent from the other location in Lawndale and drove out of my way, there was no understanding and I had to drive away.

Made an appointment for 5pm, and my car sat till 5: 55 with 5 employees on lunch break sitting in the garage. I could see them eating as my car sat just beyond them for almost an hour. Whose bright idea was it to schedule me during a lunch break. Why did I even make an appointment if I waited an hour for it to even get touched. I was given a 1 hr eta ended up being 2 1/2. As I waited I heard another gal complaining that her car was sitting there for an hour with out anyone pulling it in. Sounds like it’s a their standard pace.

I've been working for pepboys almost 3 years and all of a sudden my employee ID doesn't work at this location for my discount. Ridiculous

Rude people have you sitting and waiting for your car to be done and it will be done for at least an half hour before they let you know anything

Very popular pep boys. They always jam packed. Make sure to make an appointment. The mechanics here are good people.

Just go else where you can tell these guys don't value their jobs much the waits are ridiculous and the management is horrible.

No one answers the f'ng phone! I literally tried 4 days in a row at different times waiting no more than 20 min absolutely nothing in every department! Hire someone to answer the phone, or a new manager or a new store!

I always had the worst experience when I visit this location. Horrible service when overcharges for everything.

They are very unprofessional. They will leave your car unattended for 30 to 40 minutes while laughing and joking and being very unprofessional.

Good service people, but very long waiting time for a simple check out. Even with appointments service is still delayed.

The store itself is small so the availability of products might be limited, but the cashier and the service department was extremely helpful and nice.

Went for a simple brake pad replacement and was told that my rotors were trashed and my calipers were siezed. Took the car elsewhere and the only issue was the brake pads as i originally informed them. Your mechanics are jokes they quote damage without taking the vehicle apart.
