Still waiting on a phone call about what's wrong with my car. SIX HOURS LATER.was told there's appointments ahead of me. I understand that there's probably only certain people that can run those test. But simply calling me and keeping me updated that I'm not going to get a call about whats wrong with my car today would be nice and appreciated. Please don't respond telling me to email yall. I've already lost out on a lot of money with missing clients being late to work and not having a car. Spending hundreds on users. So it would be nice to get just a ROUGH estimate when I could get my car back.

Went to Pep Boys in Anaheim on Lincoln at Beach today to get my car inspected for Lyft Rideshare. When I walked into the front service center office I saw a young lady. One does not find too many women auto service advisor these days. First her name is Tracy T.and she greeted me right away and was very nice. I asked her for information on doing a Lyft inspection and she immediately started helping me. Did I tell you how nice she was? She personal performed the inspection right then and there. My car past and it was just a great experience. I told her I will be back for future car service work and she suggested I should just ask for her next time, but that anyone there would be happy to help me anytime. Great Job Pep Boys for hiring the best. Sometime the best man for the job is a woman and her name is Tracy T. Ask for Tracy next next time you go to this Pep Boys for auto service, you won't be disappointed. Oh, did I tell you just how nice she was?

I come here they want me to feel out paper work only auto shop make me do paperwork I pay you do for me I can take anywhere els they do paperwork for because I pay you to check my car and you do the paper work I go different place that easy I do enough paperwork for work there job they want money they need to do no me if I go same place pay them they need to do

Front desk representative Jorge was amazing. My vehicle needed a battery changed out and he immediately checked if they had a battery for my vehicle in stock. Technician Ociel was almost off his shift and was asked if he could do the service for my vehicle before he left for the day, he did not hesitate and got the job done. Truly satisfied with their promptness. Happy customer!

Service was good. Zero wait time. I went in for an alignment and possibly tire repair. Didn't need tire repair so I didn't get charged for that. Tech still checked all my tires. Only thing I would change is allow clients to tip the technicians. I tried to. He wouldn't take it. I'll come back again.

Waited 15 minutes and still nothing. All stalls were empty and I only see 1 mechanic, only needed to fix a screw in my tire, employees moving in turtle pace. So I left, never again.

Had a nail removed from my tire, for which I waited 3 hours! Only to have to re-repair somewhere else the following day. The place is ran by teenagers who know little about their services. But here is a summation of it]]] I am transgender, and as I waited for these kids to fix my tire, I was stared at, pointed at, and snickered at from behind glass the entire time! I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. And I DIDN'T appreciate the treatment or the quality of service I received!

I have been serviced by Pepboys Anaheim since 2013 and they have always been so great!

They are like family at this point, Chava and the Boys manage time and communicate any concerns off the bat and bring concerns to my attention when I have no clue. They have my trust, I drive all the way from Oceanside just to have their service.

Pumped my tires up to 54 psi on low profile tire.my tires exploded when I took it home lol. Like what are ur techs thinking pumping 52 psi in 20 inch rim with small side walls lol. 50+ psi goes in suv tire.

Excellent service from Charlie and and Luis! I was about to go to DTLA and I noticed a nail in my front wheel. Brought it over and the guys had me back on the road in no time. Great value, amazing service.

The advertised price is $24.99 with coupon and I was charged $28.19 with coupon +tax, so ended up paying $29.62, the manager contacted me and apologized for the mistake and gave me a very satisfactory resolution.

The partners hub Lyft on this address in OC very arrogant and the service very poor, I brought my car for annual inspection and one of the associates went out to the parking lot where my car was parked and saw a scratch on the front bomper and said my car didn't pass the inspection, I thought the big concern is about safety issues not superficial things. They where rude not just with me but other customers.rushing through everything so they could close up shop.

Got a decent price on a battery, just had to order it online to get the good price then pick it up at the store. The guy working there was almost clueless about filling the order I made and took several times trying to get the right sale price I was supposed to get. I had to correct them 3 times. I think they were out of the one I ordered so they gave me one they thought compared. Just a lot of extra time spent that wasn't necessary

Went to Pep Boys to replace a battery in my Jeep I had bought one there before even though they advertise prostart batteries they no longer carry them had to buy a champion battery but the freshest one was 5 months old so I lost 5 months of my warranty not good business will not be going back for anyting.

Great car care. Always take my car to Pep Boys for oil changes. ONLY BAD THING IS THE HOMELESS PEOPLE ALL OVER THE PLACE. Otherwise it'll be 5 stars.
