Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service, Anaheim CA

My family wanted to sincerely thank the manager, John and Cade at this location. The air conditioner in the van we rented for our vacation wasn't cooling and they went above and beyond to repair it for us. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received here.

I ordered an item on-line and when I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have it - computer inventory was incorrect. Since I traveled to a store out of my area, we were able to come up with a similar product for a similar price.

I went for a front end brake job. They diagnosed it quickly & also estimated repairs on other issues. However it seemed like they were under staffed. It about 4hrs to complete my repairs.

This location has limited parking in front. There is some parking around the side where their service garage is. I've never serviced any of my vehicles at a Pep Boys because there a bit pricey. The store it's self doesn't have the lowest prices but they have specials in their ads that make it worth it to stop by. This happens to be the closest auto parts store for me so I stop by when I really need something or to dispose of used Oil.

Had an appointment. Was told it will take more than two hours. Just simple oil change, I canceled it and went someplace else. Not very smart people in front desk. Never again for anything.

This place is the best. I told the sales person behind the counter that I had to go to work and my car was finished within 20 minutes! The best service I’ve ever had!

If you need your car worked on this is the place. My alternator went out Saturday, Sunday I went to this Pep Boys and Joel certified the price match for the part. I left my keys and the car and he told me appointments had him booked until tomorrow, "but if anyone doesn't show up we will get you in. " Within the hour, Joel called me and told me my car was done! Thanks for the price match that saved me more than I spent out the door. WOW!

I would like to Express my experience and opinion first I want to say special thank you to Mandy & Viet for their time and effort helping me and showing me what it means to be a special Customer again I was able to stick around and purchase quiet a lot of items and set appointments to come back and change my 4 Rotors and 4 Brakes im glad I came to this location I will be returning again for now on. Thank you Pep Boys

I’ve pretty much stayed away from Pep Boys for years because of their previous poor customer service reviews. I came in because Pep Boys is one out of a few car service shops that are authorized by the state of California to perform Vehicle Inspections for rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft. My second choice was Jiffy Lube but I refuse to go there because of their tainted past deceptive practices. I was pleasantly surprised at their service. The service advisor seemed polite, courteous and informative. I decided to get an oil change since he offered me the oil change special. They still need to work on answering the phone more promptly but overall it has improved some.
