Came here for an oil change in January 2021 before driving home to Colorado. Dropped it off at 10am, and then about an hour later got the typical call running down the list of recommendations. The technician listed off a lot of services they recommended totaling nearly $1000, but most of which I had already had serviced prior to that appointment. I declined the majority of services, but had them replace the cabin and air filter.

A little time later, I got another call from the technician insisting that they do the recommended services. I, again, declined stating once more that some of those had already been done and also noting that I had a trusted technician in Colorado who I would prefer handle the rest.

Not 15 minutes later, I received yet another call. This time, it was the technician's supervisor trying to sell me, once more, on services I already had completed, and even offered to throw in a calendar at no charge (how flattering). I had to decline for a third time.

If a pushy staff wasn't enough to annoy me, it took them nearly 6 hours to actually complete my oil change, and change my two filters. Those services would have taken 30 minutes at any other service place, and I highly recommend taking your business to one of those other places.

Rude and Poor service. I had a appointment for car battery replacement, before my appointment I ordered my car battery, once I was at service center they said waiting time is 2 to 3 hrs and I said fine and waited for an hour, after an hour I got a call from them and they said they don't have battery in stock and a guy at Service Center was so rude. They simply commits the appointment once we go there no respect to customers. Please think twice to go to this service center.

Went to Autozone, In less than 30 mins installed the battery and Autozone employees are very helpful and skilled.

Jay at this site is a very ethical worker at the repair shop.

I bought a battery and installation service. In the process of installation I have asked Jay to explain the numbers on the old battery which indicates my dealer warranty is still in effect. He gladly accept my return of the new battery, help me put back the old battery, jump start my car.

They lost the keys to the my car. I asked them to diagnose the problems with the car which they could not do. Basically they took my car lost the keys and didn't do any work over a 3 day period of time. I would avoid these people until they get more people working there.

Great customer service from MARIANO very friendly manager and I am for sure coming back. He is one of the greatest managers I have ever see from all pepboys stores.

People in service, people at parts counter, no cashiers to be found for o er 10. Walked out with brake clean bexabec no one would let me pay for it.

Avoid this store and their consistently poor customer service. The staff don't communicate with each other or the customers. They're always late with the service appointments and don't answer questions or help when you're in the store.

I bought 4 new tires at Pep Boys a year and a half ago and I managed to pick up a nail in one of the tires they fixed it for free and I didn't even have an appointment and I was only there for an hour and the store was busy great customer service

Elvia the cashier was very professional and she greeted me when I came in the front door. She offered to help me find what I needed and then rang up my items. She smiled and made me feel very comfortable. She is definitely a valuable associate. I will definitely be back to buy more items in the future. I had a very bad experience at another pep boys and Elvia gave me a reason to feel good about pep boys once again.

Really Bad customer experience. Will not go again or recommend this store to my friends.

In the morning I scheduled an appointment with Pep boys @4: 00 PM for oil change. I got the confirmation from them in the morning and i traveled 10 miles to "6325 Fallbrook Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367" for oil change.
FYI - My car had oil change sign on and i was travelling with my sick kid. I drove all the way to the store and the front office person said that they have closed all the oil change and will not take my appointment even though it was confirmed. I told him about the situation but he was so rude and said he will not take up this appointment though it was confirmed. At least as a courtesy they should have called me and told that they are cancelling my appointment due to some reason (i would not have traveled with my sick kid for 10 miles). I am really unhappy with the treatment that they have given me and my kid. And on top of that i got an email in the evening - stating that i have not made it to the appointment (do you want to reschedule it for tomorrow) ? I would not go to this location any more.really unhappy.

I Really dislike pep boys customer service. No one seems to know anything besides what their computer is telling them. If you going to work in a auto parts store I feel you should have some knowledge on how a internal combustion engine works.

No one said hi or approached me to see if I needed any help. Besides that when I did need help I found someone and at that point they were very helpful then.

My 95 Honda wasn't too high on their fix it list. Drop my car off before 1 p.m, checked on it at 5: 45 since they hadn't called me. I get told they haven't gotten to it yet, then at 8 p.m. I get a call that the machine they need to change my brakes is busted.and no one knew about it for 7 hours.
The kicker was this, and I quote, "If you decide to bring it back we'll change them at a discount. " I agreed asked them to call me, made sure they had my number. Well, 3 days later I'm STILL waiting for their call. Needless to say, I went somewhere else, and I was much happier with my neighborhood mechanic.
