24 They are always super busy always big line even Sunday 9am. You don't get much help this place be ready for that (for help your self) I went there to get rim paint for cars I don't know.much about rim paints so I trying get help from someone more than 30 minutes i didn't find nobody then I talk to.one
Of cashire ask someone to help me.i got someone to help finally he show me just 4 bottel. Rim paints then said "this all.we have"
Then I said ok I left the place anyway then I talk to one of cashire again ask him about any more rim paint he take me to central of store open whole area with multiple brand rim paint finally I got one I need and I waste more than 1 hour for this simple thing
This place need more sales man to help people
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is also kept in very good shape compared to most auto part chains
At the parts location of the shop, everything was fast, clean and straight to the point.
At the service section, the wait time was long and rather unpleasant. The rest of the process went by smoothly after the wait.
But the ringing, the never ending ringing. They really need to pick up those phones.
They were swamped.but a couple of exceptional parts guys handled exchanging my Bosch battery under warranty so replacement was FREE!
