Don't bother making an appointment. Still will have to wait for hours and hours.came to have diagnostics done on my vehicle, made an appointment for 9am, at 11am they havent even started: (

The service guy richard left me standing around for about 30 minutes while he handled other customers although he was called over the loud speaker to assist me. All I wanted to do was buy some rims. The service here sucks. I just wrote this review while waiting and will not be buying the rims from this location.
