Caution, this location consistently over books appointments leading to excessive wait times, online system to make reservations not consistent with realistic service work, often end up leaving car all day, even for oil change

Good conditions is nothing moving around in any modern smartphone can cash that stuff quite easily when it comes to more difficult images to pixel just do it so nicely but keep in mind that it's something that not everybody needs right I think that's one of the confusing things about camera systems on phones as we look at the stuff and we think we want the best everybody wants the best I want the best but somehow

I went to this Pep Boys to pick up two windshield washer fluid jugs. They were stocked up on it as I needed them bad.

The young girl at the register was very kind. Managerst at this place are rude, they dont greet you as a customer.

Needed a battery and the guys in the back were quick and helpful. Was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Excelent service by Arturo, the parts specialist. He was able to identify the part I needed from a few pictures I had taken of my broken truck. He provided me the correct part and recomended the esential tool needed to do the repairs. I will recommend to all my friends. Ask for Arturo.

It's my 1st visit. Staff are customer oriented especially Carlos. Might be my permanent shop for my two vehicles.

Went in to get my starter fixed for a 08 Honda, the shop mgr tried to charge me over 6 hundred then tried to drop it to 584 then 450. I guess he thought i was stupid cause i was a female and wouldnt know the difference. Thats a big drop. I had got my car towed there and had to get it re-towed out of there. What a rip off.tried to work me but id rather miss work to get this done at an honest mechanic then one thats going to lie to me to keep some of my money. Never again.

They’re so lazy. Period. No work ethic. They refused to change the oil in my vehicle. I even made an appointment for it. Guess it was too hard for them? We won’t be going back.

Went there to get my car approved for Lyft. Friendly and laid back staff. Raphael (the person who did the inspection) was very direct and very professional. Got my car approved and even had my license plate added at no extra charge. He made things easy. Would recommend for the staff, and an "ok" location (odd parking lot, with lots of random metro staff walking around, haha)

Disappointed with their service I paid over a thousand and in the end my car still had the same problems. Really lost faith in them.

The supervisor was very patient and friendly while I searched for what seemed like an eternity for my 5 dollar off coupon. I will be coming back lol

Called to verify a product was in stock, they told me over the phone that they had it and was in stock. I arrive with in five minutes of calling and I was then told that the item was not in stock and they did not carry it in the store. It is one thing to lack automotive knowledge that I’ve become accustomed to, but the laziness of verifying stock is inexcusable don’t waste your time go to a mom and pop place

This pep boys tool care of me like if I was family! Breaks done tires changed and an oil change in 2 and half hours! Awesome!

This is a very good Pep Boys they have a great out of center in great service there A lot of specialty tools if you looking for that and they practically have everything and the Pep Boys service center is good as well

Everything is ok.
I don't like, is that they don't call you when the car is ready. But I can live with that.

Avoid this place, scam quoted me a huge price for brake work and never took the tires off the cars. Stay away. Wish I could give no stars.

I dont know anything about the shop.but as far as their store is concerned the girls are really nice and informed and the guys will look up any part you need.

For everyday vehicles from the seventies and up you can find most of the parts with some classic parts going down a few more years but not anything really rare or classic.

I live between two Pepboys locations, but I go to this one because of the service. They're friendly and helpful and usually have what I need in stock.
