Came in with a brake problem. I thought it was my front brakes, but the inspection showed it was all of my brakes, so I got great customer service in getting all 4 brakes replaced and I was back to work all in the same day.

Took a small car with a problem of over heating. They check it out did what ever they did came back for my car i drive down the road not even 2 minutes when i seen it over heat again took it back they for got to add more antifreeze wow! Thank good i didn't get on the freeway that a rookie mistake hope that doesn't happen again to no one.
P. S.guys double check yo work let those car runn for at least 20 minutes atleast

Made an appointment the day before for an oil change. They said come in at eleven so I did. When I got there they said they had no record of it and I'd have to wait but someone would be right on it. After waiting 2 hours I was told it would be done in 30-40 minutes. I waited another hour and they didn't even move my car in to the shop. They were very rude and wasted three hours of my life. They even let other customers in before me.

If you call, don't expect to understand whoever picks up or what their name is, but they transfer you quickly and appropriate. So don't call to make friends. Interesting store, spacious, not too crowded. Good parking lot, only slightly sketchy corner (in terms of traffic, not people). Convenient location.

Very very bad service! If you can avoid coming here, please do so. They false advertise everything and want to over charge. Taking my business elsewhere. Bye BOYS!

Great service, great deal on oil change and tie rotation. Reasonable price on signal light change

Pepboys used to be the store to buy stuf for my cars. I was nit much into autozone but whenever I check prices, I see that pepboy is 10 % expensier than autozone. I have a 2014 kia optima that i have to replace my battery and they have it for 200 and autozone has it for like 180. Guess where I am gonna buy it? Now I remember why I stopped going there. No rating since I want to be paid 10 % for my positive commenta. I hope that like how it feels.

The technician at front desk was friendly and patience. He explained that my car needed just a light bulb no need replace headlights like i though. Car was finished on time and price not bad.

After oil change and head back home from the freeway, I heard wield sound from the bottom. I pulled over and found out 3 out of 16 bolts were in place and the rest went missing. Bottom plate is a gonna. Never come back.

Gave the wrong set of brakes twice
lot of products and lots of stuff to look at never came back

I made an appointment via their website for the wrong location. I couldn't find anything to cancel so I called and the boy that answered said well you can't make an appointment after 6 anyway Cuz we close at 8.
Obviously I can that's why I'm calling.
