First time using Perry’s Automotive. They repaired some damage on the front end due to an accident. They kept me informed throughout the process. There were not any surprises when they finished the job. The wonderful staff provided a detailed quote. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe I just found a new mechanic shop I will take all my future needs to. I appreciate the honest feel of Perry’s.

Didn't actually have work done here, a few stars for politeness. I wouldn't recommend anyone who does their own work to bring their vehicle here.

Me: What would you charge me to do an ac compressor clutch gap adjustment?

Receptionist: We dont do quotes, we would also need to do a diagnostic to see exactly what the problem is.

Me: I just told you what the problem is. Can you at least tell me what your labor costs are? I cant see how any seasoned mechanic could spend more than an hour on this.

Receptionist: No, sorry.

Not giving these guys my buisness because they were unwilling to be flexible and they insulted my intelligence.

Fantastic business! Timely, professional, and great customer service.definitely a little more expensive than the average shop, but justified by their work ethic!

So far I’ve been really happy with them. I’ve only had to go a handful of times. But usually pretty good about getting appointments. What I really like is that they take pictures of what needs to be done and gives a little over view on it. Like a little medical chart or something. Just makes you feel like you aren’t being ripped off. I’ll continue to go there for service needs

I had a long-standing rattle in the front of a newer vehicle - Perry automotive Inc was able to determine what was not the cause and then performed research with the cars manufacturer and determined it was an issue with the way the manufacturer had designed the brakes. Perry's technician was able to determine two possible solutions and implemented the lower cost of the two. The price was only $65 after much research and process of elimination. Thank you Perry's!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable people. My car broke down while driving through Redding and I’m very glad I found this place. In addition to promptly taking care of the requested services, they did a comprehensive inspection and made other suggestions for my car. They give detailed updates along the way, and all of their services come with a generous warranty. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I had the strangest personal questions while making a appointment. They asked for my license plate # over the phone and my home address. I question the gal I was talking with while making a appointment I have never heard of a auto shop Ask me this kind of information before being mandatory so they could run a check on the plate # strange my gut instinct said so I took my business across the street
They laughed and said that’s really strange they had never heard of this before. Besides the personal strange questions the gal was very rude from the very beginning.

I've been taking my vehicles to Perry's Automotive since 2004. They're professional and reliable.
I always prefer fixing my own vehicles, but when I run out of patience or something exceeds my knowledge, I get it to them.
I've also seen ambulances being serviced there frequently. If the ambulance companies send their vehicles there, I'll send mine for sure.

The best place I've found to get your automobile fixed. Friendly, fair, quality work, they'll treat you right and take the time to explain things.

Enjoyable experience. They are very thorough - explaining all of your options, cost and time it will take. They are also extremely friendly.

We are very pleased with Perry's Automotive work that they do and highly recommend that you take your vehicle to be worked on by them.

I first used Perry's a month ago when my car was shaking and making all kinds of noises. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and fixed it professionally and properly. A few days ago, I had another issue that I brought it in for and they gave an estimate for $550. When the work was done, they told me it didn't take as long as they expected, so it was only $350. Honest company! In addition, they have a very sophisticated email/texting program where I receive all of my notifications and reports of my car. So glad Perry's was recommended to me!

My wife's Honda had a ignition problem. Perry's auto fixed it in a timely manner and came with in my budget. Great Job
