One won't find friendlier or better customer service, anywhere. It was my first time at Perry's Automotive. Just needed a smog check but the owner, Jeremy, took care of me, himself. It's apparent that the folks at Perry's Automotive LOVE what they do. Who wouldn't want to do business with such people?

Traveling up to Oregon and ended up having an issue with our transmission. We stopped by to get it checked out without an appointment, not even five minutes went by when they had someone to test drive our vehicle. After that he was quick to find common issues that happen on my make and model. He gave me advice on what I should do and offered a few things he could do but told me that it ultimately wouldn't fix the real problem right now. He told me that if he were in my shoes that he'd continue on instead of charging me for something that I didn't need. I wasn't charged at all for his time and service. Oh and to add to it, before I left the hotel I had called two locations, one place up the street and here. The place up the street definitely didn't seem friendly while the woman at Perry's definitely seemed to know more and asked me questions instead of trying to get me off the phone. All around great service.

I recently brought in my faithful 10 yr old Saturn VUE to the wrench-masters at Perry's. I had my transmission replaced, and some deeper concerns with my cooling system. Even though they had to put my baby over their shoulder and burb her five or six times to get an air pocket out, they committed to ensuring my car was safe and very reliable through their attention to detail and workmanship all the while, being provided with a loaner car, professional and friendly staff and constant communication with me. We have all of our cars repaired at Perry's and have referred them time and time again. We TRUST Perry's to get the job done and that's what's most important to us. I find their pricing very fair with the level of QUALITY, SERVICE, MASTER LEVEL TECHs & SERVICE ADVISORS who's intention by far is to ensure my safety above all and for a woman, that is LIFE.
