PetSmart, Culver City CA

I scheduled grooming over 3 weeks ago and on the day of the appointment, I received a call to come in 3 hours early. I understood people cancel and agreed to the schedule change. However, when arrived, the people in the grooming section were trying to figure out my dogs breed to determine the price. I have completed their form when scheduling what breed and my dogs weight. Instead of asking me or reviewing the information, they were wasting my time trying to guess what the dog is. They were totally incompetent and not well informed. They may now how to groom but their customer service, according to my experience, not the best. I gave them 1 star for the appointment reminder. By the way, I love the store, the hospital and the training facility. I was trying to keep everything in one place. Too bad.

Its no wonder they have almost 1000 solid reviews. Huge selection of kitty items, employee gave me some tips as far as care (im new to kitties) and they also price match the net!

This pet shop is a fantastic location to shop, especially since it has everything I needed for my pets. Strongly recommended!

When shopping for my new puppy I went to Petsmart Culver city found customers and staff to be extremely polite and friendly and found that they have all I need to care for my puppy from that to training to bathing what a great store

The service was outstanding! The animals seemed to be well cared for and stable, and the environment was very clean and welcoming.

Not to mention the food's delectableness. The sticky honey shrimp with garlic butter that I ordered was excellent. I'm sure I'll come back! We chose this restaurant for dinner because my mother was visiting and would be staying in the area that evening. The service was excellent, and we were seated quickly.

I only have 1 hamster used to buy small bag for around 3.99.perfect for one. But now Im forced to buy a bag that cost more than 9.00 dollars. Too much for my tiny hamster. Why?

Gabriel at the Culver City location, made my dog Taffy feel super comfortable. She was scared and shaking when they met, just before he took her in to bath her. By the time I picked her up, she was so calm and actually didnt seem to be bolting for the exit, like she normally would. Whatever he did, she loved the treatment and for that Im grateful. She was also super clean and not shedding excessively. Thanks Gabriel!

Good customer service and big selection on pet items may be a lil more pricey on some items but good quality items for your pet I was getting fish supplies the fish supplies and other items are having a good sale it also helps to join the rewards program for discounts.

Store is organized. I take my dog for baths and they always do a wonderful job! I particularly like Jaquelin! Everyone Is very sweet

Like evry other thing i do i look for the best in the franchise, and i think ive found the petsmart for me and my family. We've been here countless of times and basically have a zoo in our home lol.

We went there on pet adoption day. The kids were super excited! They wanted to see if they had A variety of reptiles & spiders but they did not. But they did have fun playing with the dogs/cats & other kids who were there. The staff on the floor were great & friendly! This location is far from my home but its A great store.

Very good variety of choices for pet food and pet care items. A bit higher priced than some places, but they make up for it in excellent customer service. The staff is very willing to help find a particular product, and will make suggestions if you ask. Even help an older lady to her car!

I had hard time to find a product and their manager whose name was Chris helped me.he was such a patient and awesome gentleman.thank you

One of the more clean and nicer Petsmart locations I've been to since moving here. Staff has always been available and helpful when needed and they've always been in stock of everything I've needed.

They don't have the best selection at this location but it's good enough and everyone is really great with customer service.

Great selection and very nice employees. Conveniently located Banfield Veterinarian in back of the store.

Almost no staff didn't get much help. Was looking for something I saw online that said their store had it, it didn't. Time to drive to the El Segundo location to get the last one in stock and they needed to price match it because the price did not match the online price
