Large parking lot, disabled section for parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety of pet products. Nice deals on pet products. Cute birds and other pets. Sweet pet training facility.
Order online for store pick up to save, but it's always nice to be able to see what you're ordering
I buy my fish tank supplies from this store and shop here about once every 2 months. The retention rate among their staff is surprisingly high and the workers seem knowledgeable and friendly. Easy and available parking as well.

Loved PetSmart! However, when I went to Banfield my experience was very disappointing. I simply wanted to make an appointment for my puppy which took nearly 20 minutes (I was the only person at the counter). The receptionist walked past me several times and never acknowledged I was standing there and once she came to the counter she was huffing and rolling her eyes. After all that, 2 weeks later I called to confirm my pooches appointment and there was no appointment set for her. I was left on hold for another 10 mins for the young lady to return to my call and tell me, "Ok next Sunday 11a. Call the day before. Any questions? ". I'm scared to take my puppy to Banfield.
Pretty good collar and leash selection. Better return policy than most. If you didn't get the right size or simply don't want it, you can exchange or return it. They have small pets and reptiles for sale. Please don't return those, it'll just make them angry
This is the closest pet shop to my house. While the people who work here are nice they seem perpetually understaffed so that can make for a wait when it comes time to check out.
