We visit the adoptable cats and other small animals once or twice a week. Large store. Friendly staff.

My terrier mix doesn't need to be shaved. When I went to I pick him up, He was shaking.he doesn't shake. EVER. There was left over hair around his feet, his butt, his groin area was gone. The groomer, Mango, had started on the feathers on his forelegs and then thought better of it. His entire belly was slick as a whistle. Shaved. All I signed up for was a bath. Get the dirt out, brush him out, make the feathers on his legs, belly, tail wave in the breeze. Grumpy mean woman didn't even apologize when I was amazed at how he looked. Didn't say she got confused. Didn't do anything but say that will be $55 please. I was quoted $50. The extra $5 must have been for the shave. She is so thirsty for money, i saw other people coming and picking up their dogs and leaving their tips with mango since the other groomers were at lunch and she straight up put in her pocket. I was so rattled and so trying to soothe him that I just paid and left. I'd leave him dirty before I'd take him back there. And oh yes.he is now afraid of clippers (which we use from time to time on his groin area), won't easily enter a crate for transport, and probably would have to be carried back in that particular door kicking and yelping. I'll never go there again thanks to Mango.

HORRIBLE service, some of the woman who work here are rude and they always smells like marijuana. I took my dogs here at 10am thinking that was enough time for them to finish by 2pm since one of them had a vet appointment. The lady who took my dog, Mango, told me they would be done by 2pm and I call them and she tells me they won't be done until 3: 30-4pm and says its not her fault because I didn't tell her that one of them had an appointment. I do not understand why it takes 6hrs to cut and shampoo dogs. She probably smoked a lot of marijuana and wasn’t able to function enough at work. They need to start taking drug test from their employees here. Last time I had an appointment at 8AM and she was the only one there when I brought my dog. The smell of marijuana was so heavy in there. The health of my dog is being affected by their groomer being high on drugs at work. I am not against marijuana but if you do a job that affects the health of others, you should not be high at work. I do not recommend this place. Although the deals are great the service is bad. It’s a clean store.

They have a diversity of dog food.
Not a lot of puppy clothes. They have different prices from online, theyre kind of expensive. I recomend to order online and pick at the store.

I can’t not believe the behavior from the girls in the grooming salon, SUPER unprofessional and unreal. I had an appointment for 12: 30 for my dog and when I showed up nobody checked in my dog for 10 minutes. Why? Because they were standing there gossiping in Spanish thinking nobody in this area would understand them. Little they knew, I own properties in La Paz since early 2000 and I spend half of the year in Mexico. These girls had the nerve to stand on the other side of the counter, and say in Spanish: “hey look who showed up for a groom? ” “I’ll take the dog, you take the white guy” “he needs grooming more than his dog, tell him we give discounts to the homeless haha” “charge him all the extras hahaha” and then she comes up to me and says: sir do you have an appointment? I tell her in Spanish I wanna talk to her manager and she says she is the manager, I don’t think she was. I feel like she lied just to get out of the consequences of her actions. I walked out and called the customer service and they said they will email me and call me with more information and I haven’t heard anything for the past 3 weeks. WHO is in charge of these people who constantly talking dirty about people who presumingly DONT speak Spanish. You have ONE job and that’s to groom my dog, NOT to judge my skin or how I look like! If you don’t speak Spanish and you walk in to this place, you bet they would be talking in your back, specially!

Dog Groomers are the worst. They do not respect you or your dog what so ever. They act the fakest whenever there is a manager around. Brought my German Shepherd here for a groom. Mango groomed my dog and it was the worst grooming experience. The cut was uneven and my poor dog had sharp razor cuts all around it. My poor dog was scared every time we touched him for weeks because of mangos horrible job. I don’t know what she did to my poor Scotty. Additional I sent my teenage daughter to pick up the dog and when my daughter came back she said the groomer (mango), was flirting with her. I went back to the store to have a talk with her and asked for her name and she refused although it was written on her grooming coat. Never take you dogs or your teenagers to this place. Not recommend.

I heard a groomer yell at my labrador after I had walked out to leave, excited to give her a piece of my mind when I pick up my baby! 10/10 would not recommend. They are nice but a couple of them are pretentious snobs

It is good when you need something you can get cheaper online, but need today. The service is good, not great. I like some of the local, but smaller stores better. My dog does love getting treats at the checkout lane though, at least then the cashier is not grumpy.

Long story short I had bought a fish tank took it home and parts were missing. Both managers went out of their way to make good on a difficult situation. Thanks again guys! I really appreciate it!

I always love how the receptionist is kind and courteous. They really care about the animals you bring in. No animal wants to go to the vet. I know my dog doesn't. They make it as easy as possible and are very reassuring. I've never been to a location that I didn't like.

Favorite store in that area, great staff and always prepare my online order before the allocated time

I thought that this Pet-Smart was a little low on the lighting for the store itself, but overall I thought that this store was a good store. Has a range of animals from fish to birds.

Friendly staff always says hi. Pretty standard pet store. Right next to costco so we can get a few things done in one trip.

They have products for all types of animals. There's a large selection for pretty much anything you're looking for. They have an attached vet clinic, and they do cat adoptions on most weekends. They offer training classes for dogs and grooming. They have birds, rodents, freshwater fish, and some reptiles for sale. The employees are friendly and helpful. The few times I've needed to exchange something or get a refund it was very easy to do.

Do not go here only want your money really mean and rude people go to avendia animal hospital really nice people unlike here! I hate this Petsmart all employees were rude from the vet part

Clean store, pets are allowed to enter. Workers friendly, most things are always stocked well and the staff is knowledgeable.

Employees judge u on appearance and follow you like ur stealing! I was gonna spend $56 but left with a $10 item because i was uncomfortable.
