PetSmart, San Carlos CA

Hit or miss with the customer service. Some very nice/good employees here, but also some that don't care.

This was the first time my dog has had his nails done anywhere besides the vet he went to before we moved across the country and she did a wonderful job on his nails and handled him being fidgety perfectly

Always stocked but some of our dogs favorite treats aren't available here. We still have to go Petco.

They have a good selection of things for all pets. They have a sizable fish section yet their mammal section is a little small.

Dirty with a lot of dead animals.don't buy at pet smart.for animals just brutal: (
i had to get something urgent for my snake.otherwise i would have bought it somewhere else

Friendly staff but the grooming is not as hoax as it once was dogs have had some injuries although minor, and uneven trimming.

The folks that work here have always been super helpful. There's a guy in the fish department that seems to have a lot of knowledge about tanks & whatnot. Plus it's walking distance from my home.

It's a fine pet store. Bought a cafe here. Staff not overly helpful but exactly what I would expect from one of these large chains.

They do have good stuff. Lots of variety for food. I personally have a cat, and we get all of food here. The assistants are really nice, and overall the store is pretty good. But.when you walk in, the smell is awful.
