Not happy with this dealership. I emailed them twice and all i got were automated responses. Finally Mike emailed me back. I explained what I wanted and needed trade in value for my Audi R8. He never got back to me. I emailed him again with no response. So I bought a lamborghini a week later. Someone called me two weeks later asking if I was still interested in a car. I told them to never call me again. Horrible customer service.

This was the by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase experience I've had. Not only did I purchase an amazing beautiful Porsche; but, Chris Long and the other staff members at Phillips Auto were professional and accommodating from informing me about the vehicle to closing the loan. Phillips Auto is a hidden gem! I used the KBB instant offer service to sell our 2018 Mercedes. After about 2 weeks with not much help from most dealers that said they were interested. I replied to Chris Falcioni at Phillips Auto. Straight forward guy. I've been in the retail vehicle business for many years and I have to say Phillips Auto in Newport Beach was very professional and friendly. Had a fantastic experience working with Mike Alibrando purchasing my car remotely from Texas - initial discussions to the final transaction were all seamless. After the car was delivered, we noticed minor damage caused by the 3rd party transport company that we hired independent of Phillips Auto. Mike was my go-to (even though he was off on the day the car was delivered), and he helped facilitate an immediate and satisfactory repair. Don’t ever trade your car in this dealership, their employees are so careless. They got the car and the money but never paid it to the finance company and I try to call them never answered, one of their employees took the car home but don’t wanna pay for it. But somehow they cleared the payment in two months. Now after like 6 months am receiving a letter from claim resources that I owe them 5thousand dollar becz car has met with accident and am the current registered owner. How can u be that careless and running a dealership playing with people credit and wasting time.
