The website said closed at 6 and not true closed by 5 pm wasted my gas and time.no good sons.of.

Rude, rude, rude everyone is so rude. You can’t even ask a simple question the answer you with an ugly gesture. Never going to this place again.

These people are Crooks, the were trying to take my vehicle and not pay and it wasn't until I mentioned that I was going to file a small claim against their entity is when they decided to pay me.
So I would not recommend them nor would I ever do business with them in the future.

If you want to retire your vehicle, than the employee's here are very rude & seem rather uneducated. Avoid this place after 10am, as the employee's enjoy making people wait for hours.

Negative star if I could say. I was retiring my car by BAR program which is running by gov. I arrived at 10 am and signed the waiting sheet, and got nothing but waited 2.5 hours for nothing! Yes nothing! They didn't collect your paperwork yet but just called you to wait and wait. I drove to another Pick N Pull branch located in Newark, you kbow what, 30 mins, all done. Can't believe this location is running a car program for gov. The Reps are rude enough too. Don't go if you want to junk your cars.

If you live in the East Bay, this is a good option for getting rid of your old clunker. However, waiting times can be long.

The employees are lazy i was waiting for 15 minutes to pay the entry it was a big line everyone was complain the guy in the cabin he was just sit on his chair i don't get it

Never have parts for the cars for old cars for cars 1999 for Mitsubishi all the cars are all mixed up you got to walk down each other to find the cars are not organized like they should be it shouldn't have to walk down every aisle in the place

I was looking for car parts that couldn't find at auto zone, but unfortunately pick-n-pull didn't have it either. So my search continues. I was glad to know that this place was near by just in case I might ever need to return at a later date.

Receptionist was very unhelpful. She did not know much of anything except if I was not seen by 4: 00 i would not be helped regardless of the fact I was on the list and waiting there for hours. A little or should I say a lot of customer service training would do her well

I needed just a little bit of the assistance people rave about you being able to get. I did not get the help nor the window I came for.

Really clean place lately they place is getting better and better, they fix the parking lot, organize the cars tires and batteries

I had some fuses that I need the number on them and they where mine and they took them away and said I had to pay for my own parts

One one the larger pick-n-pulls. The dolka rhat receive the entrance fee seem to be preoccupied with something else.

In my experience Pick-n-Pull Oakland is not a good place to go get your car parts.
Employees there are not so helpful when you ask prices. They give you one price and charge you way more. Make your money worth, because there you spent your time taking parts out, using your own tool and the parts sometimes are damage.
Then if you wnat to return parts you will never get your money back.

The place had many vehicles to choose from. The day I went I got extremely lucky because it was half off day. I went this weekend and I asked when will the next half off special take place and the clerk told me that it only happens twice a year. I guess I was extremely lucky to drop in on that day and get such great deals.

Great place the lady upfront helped us emencily. Best place to buy parts at. Loved it will go there when ever we need anything for the van.

3 starts due to they NEVER answer the phone, why they have this phone service If they dont commit to it

The wait time was about 3-4 hours for the car recycling program, and the employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency. Also the waiting area is infested with flies.

Nice place for taking apart your self any car you see. I needed hi current diode for my 12 volt battery charger. Those 6 diodes from an alternator seems a good replacement.
