This could be a good place to get something cosmetic for your car but be prepared to be overcharged and under serviced bring everything you will need to get your part or its just a wasted trip.

Employee answer the phone just don't care. Any question you ask them, they say they don't know.
Then when you visit their yard, nobody makes you feel you are welcome. What I mean is! Ask anybody anything they don't know. It's better find local, Rancho cordova.

Cars are not aligned by brands, so you have to be looking harder for your part, recommended to bring safety gloves and glasses, broken glass everywhere.

Pretty awesome. The employees are nice and when I was homeless (not jobless) they'd let me shower here.

They were a little pricey we paid $30 for an electric side mirror. They didn't have much by way of our vehicle but there were a few (1995 Mercury Villager Mini Van).

The hours of opening and closing are false advertisements, Shame on you.
Hours are 9am to 5pm why do you guys continue to close the doors 45 min early.

People just let you all know Pick N Pull hours are 9am - 4pm so I suggest you all get there before 3pm

I will bring this continuous matter to the next City meeting

They claim to close at 6PM on the phone AND on-line. When I arrived their rude security says they closed at 5PM and a worker had the nerve to say, "4: 30 really. "

Horribly bad customer service, the management should be replaced. This company does not answer their phones when customers call in. The call center in Sacramento says the Oakland location does not take calls. How stupid is that? Why have an advertised phone number if your company won't answer it? Idiot managers!

Sweet place, everything is nicely organized in lines of cars. Bring your own tool bag, a hat, and some GLOVES. Just wish they had more Nissans and Chevys.

You still have to calculate for some items it's cheaper to buy new at AutoZone.
But for items like batteries and tires, nobody can beat them.
