I'm not coming here anymore. Ive visited 2 or 3 times and each time my symptoms are worse (not because of them). But their diagnosis. Dizziness. When I'm having flank pain vertigo swelling amongst others things is ludicrous. Really dizziness from swelling and white lines on my nails. Just close the hospital if u don't want to work.

Ps the nurses are nice

The patient was forced to leave indirectly in an inhumane and inappropriate way … I did not expect this to happen here in the US. Inhuman and unprofessional staff.

Nice hospital for the area. But do not work here unless you like to be micro managed to the reamed so that you don't know how to react to situations. Upper management think they are all that and put every body else at their feet. Don't work here if you like to get kicked in the arse everyday.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The nurses seemed caring but Dr younge was completely insensitive. Do not intrust your loved ones in the hands of this hospital

Very bad experience! Very unfair! My wife gives birth at this hospital. We have health insurance, but received a huge medical bill. The reason is that the hospital staff did not verify our health insurance information. My wife's obstetrician sent the information to the hospital staffat at 36 weeks. But no one told us that health insurance and the hospital did not cooperate. Even when we fill in the information at the hospital，staff did not verify our insurance information. This is the hospital's fault. We didn't know about it from start to finish. I am a consumer, I have the right to choose and to know. But the hospital deprived me of my right to know and choose. I think the hospital staff is very bad and very irresponsible！Don't recommend everyone to this hospital！This is a very irresponsible hospital！！The attitude of the nurse is very bad ！I was racially discriminated at the hospital！

非常不好的体验，我老婆在这里生的孩子，我的医生在36周就转了资料给医院，但是医院从来没跟我们核实过资料信息，我们提交了自己的保险，可是因为医院的不负责任，没有告诉我们他们是否接受我的保险，没有履行他们的责任，连最基本的资料都不核对，这是对产妇的不负责，也是他们工作的不重视。这种连基本工作都做不好的医院，你们敢把生命交给他们吗？不出事没问题，出事了那有多少麻烦等着你？因为他们不告知我们的保险不接受，就同样接受生子预定的情况下，给我们造成了他们是接受我的保险的误会，现在保险公司付款网外了的部分了，医院还要找我们收取1万3美金。想和医院协商，医院的工作人员及其的不耐烦，对于他们的工作失误，也不管不问，这种黑心医院，建议不要来这里。

I had my daughter here, and thanks to the staff it was such a good experience. John, the on call doctor, delivered my baby since my ob didn't make it in time. He was truly a blessing, I can't thank him enough. He was so kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable when I was in extreme anguish. I'm so glad he was the one on call, I definitely prefer him to my ob. Nurse Jen took care of me after delivery and her patient care was exceptional. Facilities were clean and staff checked on me often during my stay.

Worst ever.my second appointment here and same thing 2hrs after my appointment time and I’m still waiting to be seen what’s the point of giving out an appointment time if you’re not gonna follow it. I’m asking my OB GYN to refer me somewhere else. Also I have to drive 3hrs to get here. FML

The doctor that came and explained my diagnosis was great, the nurses were all really kind and answered all my questions. I usually go to Kaiser, the wait is a lot shorter but it’s understandable, the PVHMC ER has a trauma center and so much more people to tend to. I’m overall really happy with the service they provide. It’s confusing to see so many people say they've had bad experiences here: (

I was transported to this hospital's ER by ambulance in July after collapsing from cardiac arrest. Their ER crew and their Polar Alert crew, doctors and nurses saved my life. I came out of that perfectly fine thanks to their professionalism and team work. Thank you Pomona Valley Hospital!

Absolutely horrible experience here. If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I’ve been waiting with my mom for over 5 hours, being passed back and fourth to different rooms when my mom is ill and needs help but has yet to receive any medication to help her. Nurses could all have better attitudes here, everyone seems to be very laid back in no hurry at all when there are sick patients all around. Don’t recommend coming here unless you want to waste your time and receive no care.

Rich in physical therapy dislocated my foot. Wasn't even working on that area. I will not go back. He rubs thr hair on your legs too- Not for therapy.

Encountered attentive, friendly and competent staff in both the emergency room and main hospital. Good facility maintenance. Best food court of 3 hospitals visited in the area. Emergency room gets overloaded but that is a problem seen at other hospitals as well.

Nurses and CNA are not attentive. They sit around and ignore you even when you speak to them asking about the patient. Especially attending RN Janith Showing attitude! Exceptionally great RN here is Dean.

I usually love this place but this time around has been horrible ive been here since yesterday and haven't had anything to eat nurse told me she ordered my food but that was 3hrs ago.i have no food and haven't seen the nurse since then. Very disappointed!

The most helpful hospital I have ever encountered. My time in the Emergency Room and my stay in the hospital was much less traumatic for all of the very caring people there.

I just want to thank everybody and prePrenatal especially upstairs in the second-floor super amazing nurses there and also Laura I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart you have been so amazing to me so far you are by far the best

Took way too long in emergency room while the nurses sit around and socialize. Been here from 11 pm and it’s almost 6 am just waiting on lab results.

The hospital is very helpful. Long lines at the emergency room. There is a long way to serve you. The line go out to the door. They need more parking place to park. Great location at the hospital.

Great hospital but the lady security guard was very very rude she work in the front desk in the main entrance!

I've had all my babies at pvhmc and have always had a wonderful experience, from Dr. Akram to all the nurses. So thankful for everything. Thank you
