Ordered a kids atv. Xbolt 110cc. Came faster then expected. It was actually in stock just as they claimed. Crate was moderately damaged, but atv was not effected. Assembly was not bad. Although i did not see instructions, most likely they were there. But i was able to put together all the same. Did have quite a few extra bolts and nuts though.the bike runs and rides fine. No issues. The chain was 0retty tight and i did loosen it. Front brakes a re a little hard to pull and dont really grab that good. Overall its great. I can ride it and it hauls butt. Pops wheelies and power slodes. Very fun. The throttle adjustment works good for my younger kid.

This business Is a scam I wish I read the reviews first! I spend around 10k on motorcycles and 4 wheels and a few gokarts. In january and nothing have come. Wish I can Give a 0 Star

We had a great experience purchasing a 125 CC for our daughter. Was nervous after hearing some of the bad reviews but our experience has been great.the quality Of the product exceeded our expectations. Assembly was easier than expected and shipping was fast. The overall performance and quality is great, very happy with purchase and will be getting our future ATVs from this company. The woman on the phone also told me not to sign for the
product until we major everything was in good shape.so we did this.came in a steel crate definitely was well packaged.happy to find an affordable vendor wirh good quality products

Purchased two 125cc pit bikes (DB-T006). One motorcycle had a bent frame! Both had either damaged or missing parts. PowersportsMax sent a couple replacement parts, foot pegs and a tank mount. They did not replace the missing handlebar riser, damaged number plate and bent frame. They offered a $30 refund. Thank god we have a shop, AGK Racing, and can fix things like this. Stripped the bikes completely down and spent several hours building them with proper parts including grade 10.9 hardware, loctite where appropriate and nylon insert lock nuts. Gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the motorcycles are really fun after all the work we did. If you purchase from this company be prepared for products needing a lot of work to be reliable and just know going in, the service isn't anything to brag about. Good luck!

Unfortunately, i had to give one star in order to post this. I ordered the 40 cc ATV! At arrival the plastic was cracked all over. If that wasn't enough of a disappointment the chain fell off before the atv even moved an inch! There are two options.it falls off or it doesn't but hasn't enough power to actually move with as little as 30 pounds! No local shops will touch this model because they don't want to be responsible! At this point I don't blame them! We have been reaching out to them for 2 months! Don't believe the money back guarantee! This is hands down the worst customer service your will ever experience. There is never a "manager" to speak with you. They just say they will start a "case" for you and they will call you! I'm telling you the never will. I asked for the name of the supervisor who would contact me they said they can't give it to me. Then they said he was Anthony but he has no contact email or number. I asked for the name of the representative I was speaking with and she hung up on me.this was not the first time either! I'm so upset about this it's not funny! Shipping alone was $200! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ALL I wanted was my atv fixed 2 months later I want my money back! I find it hard to believe any company would provide this kind of service or have "no management on". I hope this review makes it to them because your customer service the face of the company is destroying your companies name! I wouldn't go through all this if it was some small issue like just plastics $550 and I get a atv that doesn't work! Told I can pay 200 to ship it back to have them look at it even though there is a 100% Money-back Guarantee? !? ! I tried to review on their site but it never showed up! I'm about to find a lawyer I'm wondering if this whole thing is a scam! If anyone had the same issue and was able to get through to someone please help me!

These bussines is full of lies I call them and speak to them about the bike I wanted and i ask them if they had it in stock they told.me yes then I pay In full price. The next day they call me and told me they was out of stock and they try so hard to keep my money and for me to pick another model telling me they give me 20 dallars discount. I told them no is that how yall do bussiness to keep the customer money in picking another product that they didnt pay for. So be careful with this people and there lies still checking on my bank seen if they return all my money if.not they are full of frauding people of their money

I'll make this short. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I bought 2 dirt bikes, they are fine. I also bought a quad.
Went through 2 of them that both had major issues.
I'm still waiting on a refund check, keep getting told it's "in process" and got hung up on when I wouldn't take their answer. I'm going to keep calling every day at this point.

First quad arrived damaged and leaking oil with a bent axle. They repair the leak only. Test rode and had smoke coming out major after riding for a bit. Got another quad to exchange. It squeaked all over, smoke came out like the first one and had a bearing noise from the front.
Took it back to them. Sent the title it and am still waiting for my refund.
This all occurred from December until now, which is mid May.
5 months. Go elsewhere. The customer service it horrible and they are overwhelmed with returns and repairs to keep up.

In December 2017 I ordered a 125 Xmotos dirt bike. My experience with the company was good, with the bike arriving on time with all the proper parts. While the quality of the bike is not on par with similar Japanese bikes, it far exceeded my expectations. I've been pretty hard on it too and still repairs have been few in number, easy, and inexpensive. In short, any quality issues related to use are not the companies fault (only initial condition). You get what you pay for with these Chinese knockoff manufacturers.

The main reason I'm writing this review, however, is that I was told I would receive some free complimentary/promotional gifts with the bike (gloves, goggles, and grips), which were not shipped. I recently ordered a few parts for my bike without having too much trouble finding the right ones. With my order, I mentioned I had not received those gifts with my bike and asked if they could just send the goggles, since I already have gloves and didn't really need the grips. They obliged and sent not only the goggles, but the other two items also, free of charge, which arrived just a few days later with my parts. Given the vast number of incredibly negative customer reviews, I did't think they would have, but they surprised me by doing the right thing. So far, I haven't had a negative experience with PowersportsMax and will continue to buy parts from their sight, but I think a cheap Chinese bike is a one time purchase for me, despite it serving me well so far.

I'll end this long review with a word of advice. If you do consider purchasing any kind of motorsport vehicle from this company, DO NOT pay for full assembly, which may lead to damage during shipment. Only light assembly is required otherwise which will save you money and help familiarize you with the vehicle.

Read the BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews.these guys have terrible customer service and their vehicles are cheaply made. Frauds. Sent two four wheelers to me that I purchased, did the oil, changed it out, and began to run one, there was a gas leak even though I ordered the pre-delivery inspection to check the gas and oil lines. Found out part of the lines were no properly checked and one was completely broken. The other one had an oil leak and wouldn't run. Consistently sent the wrong pieces to fix it. They told me to get it done at a ocal shop and they would pay for it, then when the price tag came in, they said they would send me 2 helmets, $20 a piece, to fix a $300 problem. Lousy customer service, didn't honor the warranty and then said I should spend $200 to ship it to them to have it fixed. Would not purchase from these, scammers and frauds.

Bought a pitbike for my son for christmas, 2018, have had issues ever since. 2 days after christmas, kickstarter snapped off, ordered a new one, its still not here. Ive gotten ahold of 3 people over the past 5 months of calling, emailing and so on about my issues with their guarantees.
Also, the bike starts up, but it usually takes about 30 mintues with two adults attempting.then itll run okay.the other day, about a week ago, the bike shut off right in the middle of my sons ride. Have not been able to get it started since then. Oil is good, gas take was full. I purchased an extended warrenty on the bike, but because I can not get ahold of anyone there. I have a new bike, that doesnt run and a sons dreams shattered. I have photos of my orders, our agreements, and my warrenty. Oh, and I've still have yet to recieve the transfer papers to put this bike in our name, even though with those three people ive been able to talk to, they said they've sent it, and will send again. They read off the address to send it too, and its always correct, yet no papers, no parts, nothing.

My advice, stay clear of this company.they do not honor their guarantee's of haivng all parts in stock, and they do not honor your purchase agreements.
A BBB complaint has been filed, and im seeking other avenues for retribution for my son.

I hope that my bike comes and it runs nice and fine. They have been updating me about the apollo 125cc dirt bike order.

We’ve had a terrible experience with them. They never answer their phones, we had hidden fee after hidden fee tacked on, & we have not received our temp tags and registration papers yet. I emailed their customer service after calling & was told the package containing those was on its way. Customer service told me to wait 2-3 more days. It’s been a month since we ordered & still nothing. Wish we’d gone through a company that actually values its customers!

I have bought 2 atv from this place there total garage the people answers the phones are complete idiots, most of them should go back to there country. Jc the manager told me to go screw my self and now my son has a birthday present that don’t work because they didn’t send us the battery tires gas cap and there’s no spark. Buyer beware also the BBB has been contact. DONT BUY THERE GARBAGE.

Horrible! Stay away! My son rode his dirtbike 3x and its now garbage woth a boown motor. Their warranty is a joke and they will never go good for anythjgn! Stay away!

Thank you for everything! Top notch quality, I bought the DB-X31 Pro, awesome dirt bike. For the price, around $500 with delivery, this beats a Honda, Suzuki for around $1,000 for same bike pretty much any day.

Do NOT do business with them, horrible experience, refuse to talk about return and refund back to me.customer service is so so bad.

You guys are a freaking joke. My daughter spent over $230 for a scooter wngine and you sent the WRONG size. She spent $100.00 freaking to send it back. You plan on sending her 8.00 due to restocking fee? Nowhere did you say that. Run from this company. I truly believe the good reviews on this page they wrote are an inside job. Ripped of a kid wow. Must bw proud of yourselves ripping people off. I will just call my laywer and the BBB.

Avoid this company. I paid $2000 for go cart and 6 months later is not working. Arrived damaged then total break down after 20 minutes of use. I paid and additional $300 to ship back.
Will not call me back. Try calling the number and see how responsive they are.
