Bought a truck they take care of there costumers even beet my pre approved loan by 1% can't complain.

I purchased a used car today for my sons girlfriend from Premier Chevrolet and it was seriously one of the easiest transactions I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle. Both Tricia and Marko helped us out and they were extremely friendly, helpful and made the whole process painless. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. The last time I took my truck in for service I asked that they make sure my settings were restored to what I had them set to.seats, mirrors, etc. This time again all messed up. No longer will I be returning to this dealership. We will also purchase our new truck elsewhere due to poor service. It should be simple to just return the truck the way it came in, however I guess that's asking to much.

I bought my truck on 1st visit here. Sales person was not pushy. Staff was very helpful, informative and accommodating to my family. Process was smooth and easy.

Dealership is forcing me to come personally to showroom and refuse to give price on phone. I have decided not to ever visit this place

Bad costumer service. They take so long only for oil change. My service advisor never call me when my vehicle was ready. Is the second time and always is the same.

One of the worst experience ever at dealership.
Service advisor never tells you when the car will be ready not even an estimate time. After waiting over 2 and half hrs I asked when my car will be ready and he said 4 to 5 hrs more. OMG!
I took my car without fixing the problem.
Seriously! Chevrolet must improve customer satisfaction level.

I had a very poor experience with the staff. Majority of staff are decent, but a refresher course on customer service is definitely needed.
I had an encounter with a staff in the part department that did not want to wear a mask and was showing flu like symptoms, I became very worried for my safety. I asked if he could put on a mask, he did not do so and continued to cough and even walked by me coughing. I cried after leaving this dealership. I take covid very seriously. So due to poor customer service from staff I will not be returning back to this dealership

Bought Silverado 2500. They honor to deal that made through online.very good communication through email. I recommend this dealer in LA and OC area.
