Premier Chevrolet at Buena Park was great to work with! I went in for an oil change and the entire staff was welcoming and energetic. They had me in and out very quickly and the service was well done. I look forward to going back again!

I took my company vehicle for service yesterday, Eddie was instructed that we need the service truck back by the end of the day. I called around 1: 30 they hadn't even looked at the truck yet. I had to pull a truck as I needed the next day. I worked late and replace the rotors and pads. I have another vehicle there today. I fill confident that John in service will get my truck back by the end of the day. If not I will be looking for another service company.

Service takes way to long. I went in at 8: 40ish and left at 12ish for regular first maintenance. Friendly staff though. They just need to be more careful. I could've taken of on different vehicles with out the owner noticing because they dont check for any prove that the vehicle belongs to you. That will be my main concern. I signed paper work and all but when the truck color didn't match I told the man that it wasn't my truck at that point he checked for info

After speaking to Alonzo Espinoza for 10 minutes nice guy in the beginning, but once I started asking question about the truck he asked me are you going to buy today or are you going to waste my time. I got my trade in keys and I left to another Chevrolet deal.

DO NOT GO HERE! They are money hungry! $135 to diagnose nothing. And their answer is I'm sorry! Your sorry doesn't fix my car.and my car is more dirty than before I took it in.

Great Dealership! They found just what we wanted. Showed us a few more options so we made the best and most informed decision. We now have a beautiful truck.

Hands down the best car service I have had in my short time of owning a Chevy vehicle. Each and everyone of the workers are friendly and vibrant and are willing to serve.

Customer service was great. The mechanics who worked on my truck did a great job. My problem was when I came to pick up my truck, it looked dirty. I didn't care because I haven't had my truck in 4 days and it was a bit of rain going on so I figured it was normal for my truck to look dirty. I I got home I started washing my truck and realized that not only was my truck dirty but it had a huge scratch on my truck it's not a deep scratch but it is very noticeable and now I had to hire someone to see if they can buff out the scratch.

Brandon was polite and helpful in our truck search. Never felt pressured to buy and showed us many options. He didnt try to oversell us something we didnt need or wanted.

Service was quick and easy! No hassle, no haggle, been coming here for about 2 years now and always appreciate working with The Premier Chevy team!

We literally did the deal over the phone for my 2019 Equinox and I was in and out of signing the contracts in less than 5 minutes. I was a walk-in, they said it would take about 3 hours for an oil change. They arranged an Uber to drop me off as well as pick me back up, which was way cool. I then got a call after only an hour and a half, which was earlier than I expected, again another plus. My car looked great and the service was wonderful!
