The first time we went to your establishment we met with Randall Kennedy, he is very sincere, sweet, provided great customer service. When we were there on Wednesday Randall had a family emergency overall the service was excellent the only thing that I am going to complain about is that the Courtedy shuttle was not there we waited an hour and 45 minutes and it still wasn't there so we ended up getting a ride from a friend but other than that customer service, the car service everything was excellent
Johnny was top notched, he explained everything needed and why it was best for vehicle and us. The time needed was on point and future vehicle maintenance were highly recommended and agreed by us. The wait room was quiet, clean and offered free coffee.
Will definitely return for maintenance as recommended by Johnny. Has been noted on our calendar.

The service representative are very honest and donot try to rip off for cash.
The people and the service made the experience of buying a car very easy and comfortable. I wish the process could’ve gone a little faster, but very satisfied with everything. Matthew made us feel at home and explained everything in very much detail and answered all of our questions. 10/10 overall experience.

I went to Premier to get fog lights for my '05 Altima. Although they no longer stock nor sale them, I did get a part number and a tip to call a dealership in Texas. I was also hoping they could tell me if the car has the wiring harness in place. This would save me the trouble of drilling holes thru the firewall for aftermarket lights. No such luck as they could not find any wiring charts️
When in the service was great Doc is my service advisor they took me in right away there were very helpful. Could not find the issues with my car because of the weather condition we'll have to go back and reschedule an appointment but the service was excellent.

My visit to Premier Nissan in San Jose was excellent. They performed my service quickly and accurately while I waited in their clean and comfortable Lounge. My service advisor, Randall Kennedy, was friendly courteous and professional. I felt as though I was in good hands. I never have any doubts as to their professionalism or efficiency. I believe I get a good value for my money and will continue to visit for the service requirements on my car.

First time here because we brought in a used Leaf for a pre-purchase evaluation. Got a same day appt, which was awesome. Our service advisor, Doc Whitmore, was really helpful and knowledgeable. We had peace of mind in our purchase and were able to negotiate down the price based on Nissan’s findings.
I was told at my 8am appointment that's itd be done at noon, at 12: 45 I was told 1pm, it is now 1: 45 and I am basically being ignored. I will never come again. I've had to cancel things.

I had a 2016 Nissan Altima that had a transmission issue and Dominic helped make the repair so quick and easy for me. From the time I took the car in til the time I picked it up I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership.
Made appointment for an oil change and the place was swamped! Everyone was very nice, and the lounge waiting area is comfy. Although it took awhile because they were so busy, service team kept me updated.
