As always, a great service experience at Premier Nissan of San Jose. These guys are very clear with their estimates — no surprises—and their prices are fair. They do a terrific job of keeping my elderly Xterra on the road.

Jason helped my wife and I buy a car the other day. They were super busy, so it took a while, but Jason was excellent. They forgot to get information from the car the night we bought it, so we had to bring it back the next day. While this wasn't ideal, Jason filled up the car's tank for as an apology, which was great. I definitely recommend shoppiong here - just be aware if you are going in now (holiday season/EOY), there is a long wait (over 3 hours)

Waited too long for service again took more than 3 hours 3 h 30 min to be exact. And this is not the first time it's all the time.

After 20 years, decided to buy a new car. We have been a Toyota family for 30 years and someone suggested we check out the Nissan Altima. Goal was to test drive, not purchase.ended up driving away with a new car! The car is great, the staff and the price are greater. They really know how to treat people with respect and professionalism.

I had such an amazing experience here, I had a couple gentlemen help me Alfredo started to help but I was so indecive Joey came and helped me find my car and he really made my experience as smooth and painless as possible and I could not be happier! Jason the sales advisor was great he was easy to talk to and patient, he made things easy to understand especially for me who was a first time buyer, definitely recommend Jason for anybody trying to buy a vehicle.

When scheduling the appointment I requested a call back to confirm how long the appointment would take I never got a call but got a minimum of 5 appointment reminders via voicemail, text and email So when I showed up they advised it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the service I hadn’t allowed for that amount of time so had to leave without the service being complete
