23 Once again, now is the 2nd time they raise the price at unit that I rent in this place, NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT, NO MAIL LETTER AND NOT EMAIL AT ALL.
That really sucks, I'm Canceling and moving
out my stuff some where else. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
And Kelly don't bother to write back, you really don't care about the current customers, you don't fix any of this problems, Is obvious that we complain and the problem continue!
PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A YEAR AND THEY RAISED MY RENT 4 TIMES, NO NOTICE, NOTHING! THERE ARE MANY SHADY TENANTS WHO SLEEP IN THERE CARS THERE AND THEIR CARS ARE FULL OF TRASH. THE HALLWAYS SMELL OF URINE. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY NEVER RETURN A PHONE CALL AND COULD CARE LESS IF YOUR PAYING 70$ MORE THAN LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. IF YOUR SMART AND HAVE COMMON SENSE YOU WILL STAY CLEAR OF ALL PRICE SELF STORAGE! THANK YOU.

AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT, KNOWLEGEABLE, HELPFUL, CURTOUES, POLITE EMPLOYEE THAT SHOWS HIS PRIDE IN HIS JOB BY DOING IT WELL!
Jesse, was the contact rental agent, he made sure I knew how to get to the facility, took time to answer all of my questions, Jesse, was also the truck driver who assisted when he was going to be a few minutes late because of filling the gas tank there was a call made to let us know, was then prompt, in his usual demeanor (C ABOVE) made sure we were familiar with the carts, elevators, Took the time to show us more than one unit in order to make sure we were going to be comfortable. Then humbly refused any gratuity for his invaluable help. New to Price Storage don't know how the long haul will turn out but as of right now impressed with both the employees and the facility.
