32Confirm price before going there. I have seen for certain things like oil change this place is good but for other maintenance items this places is really expensive. $750 + tax for front brake pads and rotors replacement is extremely high, given that these parts cost fraction of that price.
I really liked how Bobby was willing to put in the work to make me happy as a customer. We ended getting a good price on it! I'm also glad he wore his mask properly and was thinking about safety guidelines.
This business preys on ignorant & desperate customers. I went to get the bottom of my engine splash shield reinstalled and they told me it was broken and I had to get the whole assembly completely replaced. With OEM fasteners+parts&labor I was quoted an almost $500 service fee. I bought the overpriced screws ($6 per screw, non OEM are $8 for 25 on amazon and OEM are $2-3 from online distributors) and went to my regular mechanic who runs a normal honest business and they performed the installation for free in 10 minutes.
If you want to waste your time and money paying literally hundreds of times more for a basic service, this is the right business to come to.
Clean and convenient waiting room (free coffee, water, wi-fi and electricity), courteous advisers and fast service.
I abhor lazy customer reps.

The issue I have is you can't take it today. Okay, how about following up without the customer's prompting, "So sorry ma'am we are fully book for today. I can get you in for your oil change on Thursday if that works for you. Would you like me to make an appointment? "
So simple, right?
I originally gave an 1 star rating. However I changed it to a 2 because my first experience with Primo was excellent.
These guys are great! I had Samuel Martinez help me with my regular vehicle maintenance service and was out of there pretty quick and a job well done.

My Experience was Great! Sammy Martinez made me feel like I have been coming there for years and it was my first visit. I will come to Primo Honda from now on!
1) Competitive pricing
2) Big space which doesn't make you feel that you are being rushed and good selection of cars
3) Kids play area (My son loved spending time there) so the adults can take care of business
Raymond was very professional and kind. Expedited the process and kept me informed throughout my wait. He extended himself by making calls to the company that handles the maintenance plans. Primo was clean and comfortable to wait in.
I took my Civic to Primo Honda for routine maintenance. Sammy was my service advisor and he did everything correctly, asking the right questions and listening closely to my replies. The service was done in a timely fashion and I'm confident that it was done correctly. I would have no hesitation recommending Sammy and Primo Honda to my friends.
Open for business? I've called several times over the past few weeks and never gotten a live human. The phone system either rings indefinitely, answers but hangs up on me, or transfers me to a full mailbox. This happens on both the main and service lines. Very disappointing, as I was excited to have a shop in San Carlos.
New facility, nice lounge for working while waiting, still have a lot of room for improvement. I wish they provide a complimentary car wash for every customers.
Very clean, nice, and new building. Was very pleased with all the workers. Very friendly. Service advisor P Castro was the best. He made it a very easy, nice, and quick visit. Will for sure come back here.
This is a worst place ever anyone could visit to get a new car. Customer Service is Horrible. This dealer put me through a lot of trouble. The staff is very rude and don't respect the customer. They increase the price of the car as per their wish and do not consider customer satisfaction. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! This place put me to lot of grief and problems.
The sales associate was not at all interested in selling the vehicle. She was ready to pick up a fight with me when I told her I am looking at other dealers in the area too. She even mentioned that I am wasting her time. It seemed more like I had to convince her to sell the car to me and not the other way round.

Took my 2016 accord in for brakes. The new office is so professional, the staff was amazing like always. Smiles and greetings at the door. Sammy is always a hard working young man with good conversation and sweet energy. Shawn is always making sure his customers are happy with their services, and doing with a pleasant Demeanor. Customers service is key.they got it all here. They are my primos for sure.
The customer service was great and quick. They were very up front about the expected service/cost and even gave a coupon discount which was very much appreciated. They even suggested letting them look at the car next time before agreeing to do a possibly needed break service to ensure we did not pay for something we don’t need yet. The new facilities are also great!
Renan my sales person was excellent! He was very patient. I came to the dealership twice and did two test drives before finally deciding to buy. He answered all of my questions, took time with me, was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and basically went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I went away happy. I Love my fun and beautiful new little YELLOW Fit!)
From the moment I step in the door Raymond and Sonny take amazing care of me. They both explain all of my options to me as well as their recommendations. They are very honest and always finished in the time promised. I have been servicing my car at Honda Redwood City for 6 years now and all I can say is there is NO PLACE BETTER!
