Thank you and you guys weren't helpful instead drove 70 miles to do business with Mistlin Honda in Modesto instead. I got better rate there too and now I have to dispute 7 hard inquires from Experian from RWC Honda. Only 1 inquires in Modesto Honda.

A disappointing post-sales experience. After discussing our needs for a hitch that would support a 4 person bike rack for our family, our sales associate convinced us to pay the premium for the installation of a trailer hitch on our 2017 CR-V that we purchased new in December. We then found out that the hitch is a 1.25 inch class I hitch with a maximum tongue weight of 150 pounds that can’t handle a bike rack for our family. We were surprised, because class I hitches are typically installed on smaller cars, not SUVs, and in the absence of any information about the hitch, our assumption was that a 2 inch hitch would be provided. Our initial attempt to coordinate an exchange for a larger hitch (e.g. The one that is installed by default on the Honda Pilot) was refused. Our subsequent attempts to return the (unused) hitch and get any sort of reimbursement were met with complete resistance, even though we have been faithful Honda customers for 15 years. I’m surprised that the manager was unwilling to compromise given that we were misled by the sales associate and even with the knowledge we have another older car to replace in the coming year. The experience has shaken my loyalty in Honda.
Dealer is definitely expensive when it comes to changing oil or brake pads.but their customer service is definitely stellar

Do not buy from this shady dealership. We were promised a price, model of CRV and pickup the next morning. We drove 25 miles the next morning to get there, only to hear a song and dance that the car was sold the night before. Clearly bait and switch. Shady practice.
Don't normally leave reviews, but Rick deserves it. I showed up to pick up my car after the service department was already closed, and he took real good care of me and got me my car. Great guy, great service. Thank you!

Whenever I come to the Honda Redwood City I am always greeted by the staff with a friend and warm smile. I was helped by Peter, who I actually helped me out every time I've been there. Gives me all the information I need and let's me know the time it will take to get my car serviced. Everyone gives an excellent service.
Jorge was very nice and patient. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me through the entire process. Made buying my first car alone a lot less intimidating! He was knowledgeable with the car as well.
