She explained what work we needed, what that was exactly, how it impacted our car's ability to drive well, and how getting 3 for 1 deal saved us money rather buying the services individually. I'm often intimidated by mechanics and dealerships but she made my husband & I feel very well informed. Service was quick and got my car back later that day. I love PH Hyundai service & drive farther to get to them even though I live closer to the Glendora dealership.
A manager from Puente Hills safely delivered my car and kindly explained the contract in detail. I was pretty satisfied with their customer service and supports.
They were very helpful, break down what needs to be done and for me it was last minute oil change needed, they were the only place help me out without even appointment. Thank you.
Best service ever by Christina. She listened when the OTHER dealer didn’t. The repair was perfect and no hassle at all. She is truly customer oriented and PH is lucky to have her as an associate.
Considering I've been calling and waiting for a call back, I'm not happy with after sales service.
Made a last minute appointment to have my vehicle oil changed, the online appointment process is easy and I was able to schedule the next business day. I arrived and was assisted almost immediately, paperwork processed quickly, waited for my vehicle and everything was done in 1.5 hours as quoted, including a complimentary car wash and vehicle inspection. Very satisfied
This place always addressed all my issues with my car fast and efficiently. It beats both Audi and BMW dealers service and care for customers time. Only thing lacking is loaner car but I didn't exactly paid BMW price for the car either so I could live with just a awesome service minus the loaner car.
I'm not one to complain but the car care service could of been better especially considering what they charge me for it in my contract. The detail of my car was a 3 star. I hope this brings attention to them so they can improve the detail on the cars however all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Puente Hills Hyundai continues to be my "go to" dealership when it comes to repairs on my Hyundai's. They've achieved this by providing not only excellent customer service, but also excellent repair service on my vehicles. They are further away than other dealerships in my area, but the other dealerships don't provide me the same treatment or service, making it worth the drive. Thank you Javer Esquivel.

Very good service and they do have great patience with their customers. I have had 2 cars serviced there and will be back. Hyundai has the best warranty on their cars.
How do you rate less than 1 start? My car had a recall for a the brake light system. The lights on the back still do not work. I called and asked if they honor it and they said no. They said I would have to pay for it. This is 2/2 that Ive come here and they pull something like this.
Bring in the car for recall and some tech issue, and must leave the car overnight, have some dispute later on some part of goodwill service they provided while I pick up my vehicle (not properly explained by the rep on the first place) at last after discuss w/ the management, they decided to honor the service and they even provide me w/ some discount what a recommended dealer, give them some credit for fixing the tech issue and also for their honest business practice, will be back for sure.
Made an appointment, got out in an hour. Great staff; definitely coming back for any services needed
It doesn't matter if you set up an appointment to service your car, you still have to wait in line with everyone else who has not set an appointment. I was here at 11: 00 for my appointment at 11: 30. Took almost an hour to get helped, and another two hours and a half to just get my oil changed. How dissapointing.

Puente Hill Hyundai does care a bit about you and the effort you make to come for leasing a car. Their unprofessional, uncaring and ignorant behavior ended up with -6 point on my credit score and loosing money and wasting time!
Never ever work with Puente Hill Hyundai. They only care about their own pocket. That was my experience dealing with them.
