Puente Hills Hyundai, City of Industry CA

The sales department is very professional, very flexible and very nice people I would buy a car from them but I will never going to take it to the service department. This department is really really bad do never service your car at this dealership the manager of the service department is very rude and he's a big liar do never service your car at Hyundai Puente Hills.
At least this manager need to be fired for lying and being very rude a good advice before you give them your car if you still wanted to take your car there take as many pictures as you can because if they do any damage to your car during the service they will definitely deny it and that's what happened with me if I can give negative or at least zero I will do so
Five stars for the sales department and negative for the service department.
Don't service your car at Puente hills Hyundai.

Puente Hills Hyundai seems to have good service and parts departments. I would recommend them to anyone. However, I have questions about the sales department. I have caught one salesman trying to deceive me about Hyundai's warranty and car facts. That is not good!

Service was unbelievably bad, sat for 30 minutes for them to tell me that the car I came in to look at wasn't there. Even though I confirmed with a representative that it was there. Complete waste of my time and service was terrible.

We had the BEST car buying experience ever. Walked onto the lot not knowing what we wanted. Clint and Sonny were AWESOME. We test drove everything, kept discussing options and what we liked, narrowed it all down, and they had tons of inventory to show us in order to find the perfect fit for what we needed, what we wanted, and what we could afford. They were patient, helpful, no pressure, and professional. We got a great deal and are thrilled with our Sonata Hybrid. We highly recommend PH Hyundai!

Good price for an oil change and also fixed 2 recalls, without an appt. The free hot dog in the customer lounge wasn't bad either.

I bought car here. I was here to get oil change twice. First time they had bad attitude. I've been waited for long-time.second time.they don't even care customer who came first.they serve Korea customer.what a racist! I am so regret I bought car here!

The people here are incredible they treat you like family they provide great service they work with you they're not here to make a commission that here to service you to make you smile and leave happy.

Have never been so embarrassed in my life. Instead of tge manager trying to help me out he laughed at my situation. I would expect thar from a worker but not from a manager who is supposed to have better training. I do not wish to do any more service with hyundai based on this experience

I love my new car. I went from a V8 SUV to a Sonata 4 cylinder. I am blown away by the gas savings and power it has. Not to mention the great customer service. Definitely recommend this dealer and brand to everyone.

My wife traveled from ALTADENA to PUENTE HILLS to purchase her HYUNDAI TUCSON, after serous NEGATIVE experiences with BURBANK HYUNDAI. It's 30 miles from home, but this dealership works hard to earn your business. AND. AFTER THE SAKE. They continue to work hard with EXCELLENT SERVICE and SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE attention. Why does she drive all the way to PUENTE HILLS? Because THEY make the difference! Can't day enough about their attention and concern over customer satisfaction.
