Quality Automotive & Smog, Truckee CA

We had a very good experience at Quality Auto. Our Honda Odyssey had brakes that were vibrating strongly and they replaced all rotors and pads at about the expected price. The parts came in a day later than we'd hoped, but they set our expectations properly with good communication. I especially appreciated being able to text them and get a quick response. We have spotty reception at the cabin we're staying at, and we're visiting from out of town, so that prompt service and communication were key. It was also helpful to be able to trust the reviews. Gary listened attentively to my explanation of the car's symptoms and the code we had read with our code reader. They fixed our CR-V promptly and also found that the serpentine belt needed changing, which may have saved us from a future break down. Their prices, while not cheap, are fair. Our CR-V is again running great!
