Quest Diagnostics Irvine 4050 Barranca Parkway

Wow! I went on a Saturday about 1030am as i was finished in less than a hour. The phlebotomist who took my blood was funny and had me laughing the whole time. I can't remember her name but she had short sorta purpleish hair. I also let her know right away that I'm a fainter and she took me to a room with a table to accommodate me. Great experience.

Never coming back then this location again. They have messed up my test for the nth time. Unprofessional staff and longer than normal wait times. Go to the 4950 branch location instead of this place, unless you want to waste your time and be frustrated!

They are very busy sometimes but still nurses and front office handles all enquiries and take good care of you.

Worst service ever. Just call the number and it goes to answering machine and goes in loop.no real person to answer your questions.

They are way under staffed! Over an hour for walk in! I told her it was a drop off but she didn't care, wait your turn she said. So it took 80 minutes!

Came as walk in at 10. Took two hours. The passed by my name and then claimed they called me. It's not too hard to pronounce "Joe" but the rude person who calls out the names couldn't even pronounce Joe when asked. So of course she could only frown at me for having such a difficult name to pronounce - "Joe" During the week this place is OK but honestly, folks, we gotta quit putting up with this from Quest.
