R C's Towing, Van Nuys CA

Why is this sign in my apartment building? I just called and asked for help since there is no manager and when I called to remove the unfamiliar vehicle in parking space the person that answered said there is nothing they can do. Get the hell out off here with that, hate you guys, hope you loose your your business. (:

Great way to steal people's money.the more days your car is at their expense, the more you pay. Ridiculous!

Saved my night, great customer service placing the tow call. And Ernest was very fast with the tow and courteous. I hope I won't need a tow, but if I do I'll call Ernest.

Both times my car got towed the office did not have change for my cash payment, and they would not let me pay with my card because the car is not under my name. Two times that this company kept more of my money than they needed to. I think I am not the only person this has happed to so I am writing this. Beware! It’s not fair for this company to force cash payments only and not have proper change for the transactions.

Terrible and heartless people. They charge you whatever they want. I went to retrieve my car and they charged me $250 just for 2 hours!

I can see why they have one star rating these people are rude and have no type of manners I was driving into my drive way which it’s combined with two other buildings so it’s an alley I was pulling in and the driver instead of letting me get through he throws the tow truck almost on me almost hits me and just acted like he didn’t do anything. If their drivers have no type of manners why bother calling them for their services.

Great customer service broke down on the side of the 405 and Victory RC Towing came to the rescue got me home safe and sound.

This would be a zero star review if it could be. I understand that as a tow company you tow cars (so i pay a fee and call it a day). I called to see if they towed my car and JESSE said yes, I asked if I could come get my car right away and Jesse said yes. I drove all the way from chatsworth to van nuys only to find that not one person was here to give me back my car. I call the number again and tell them I'm outside and no one is here and they tell me I had to schedule an appointment. I explained that I had called before i came and asked if I could come get my car ONLY to be hung up on and treated like my issue wasn't a serious one. This is ridiculous I can't believe they would treat their customers like this.

Look we all know towing is a ruthless thing that is done, & the prices are even more ridicules, however don't blame the employees or drivers of any wrong doing. It's just like any job & given my experience with this specific towing company, the driver was very respectful when my friend called who had her car towed, & the service desk receptionist was actually very pleasant & understanding of my friends explanation of things, which I have experienced they tend not to be. Ya it costed $245 to get the car out for overnight stay but it's the system that allows these to happen & not the employees.

They can immediately steal the cars, make damage, and avoid any responsibility. It is F.n company.

Very poor management from Roy the supervisor. My vehicle was towed from my apartment parking lot for a mix up with management in the process RC towing damaged the top hats on my car. I’ve been tryin to get Roy to call me back and fix the issue but he ignores my calls and tell his receptionist to tell me they’re not fixing the problem. Horrible place horrible people avoid them all cost.

The office lady was the worse employee I've ever met! She was so unprofessional, impolite, rude, bitchy, over all horrible customer service! She needs to get FIRED

On the other hand FRANKIE the guy helping to get the cars at the yard, he was wonderful, super nice, polite and so helpful. Unlike the office lady! It's bad enough getting my car towed and to make it worse that lady's attitude just made the whole thing so much worse. Please hire someone else, or at least nice enough

11/15/17. While there was a shooting last night at Kester and Sherman Way, no one could drive their cars home. There were cars in all the parking lots in the area. They towed my car from the Chevron station without even considering the circumstances and they should have at the least given me a break on the fee. They didn't even care except for making money. Shame on you.

The usual scamming towing company. Super disappointing that they can get away with such poor business practices. Stay far away from this company.

Thieving Crooks, This Comapany litteraly just stole My car, from a Parking space I had permission to be in.

They are thieves they stole my car out of my parking space and made me pay $280 to get my car out because they didnt see my permit on the seat where it fell. I wonder how they sleep at night.

1 star because it wouldnt let me do less.

Worst customer service ever the lady is rude and disrespectful if someone has the owner or supervisor number please let me know thank you.

I called this company to help me out they said 20 minutes so far I have 1hr and 30 minutes waiting, no help at all.

I have had the opertunity too do buisness with RC's Towing, and I have to admit this was the worst company I have ever did business with. The owner and employees are scandals. They will say what you want to hear, however remember they are out to make $$ and at the end "YOU" will be the victim of their con game. Would I recomend them? NO WAY! Their are a lot of honest tow companies. Keep looking.

My car was towed and I arrived at their location expecting a bad experience. My car had been towed before by another company in Van Nuys that was rude and unhelpful.
Surprisingly I was greeted by a pretty girl who was in a good mood and did my paperwork without much hassle.
Getting towed is not pleasant, but good service definitely helps.
