I am a property Manager in Van Nuys and RC towing has been helping us for years; Adriana is very professional and helpful, the team is very fast with their service.

Worst place ever to get your car towed from they have terrible customer service take for ever for them to get anything done when it comes to paper work and are crooks if I could give them 0 stars I would

Nothing but a bunch of scumbags working here they are in the business to ruin people's life's.stay away at all costs

The lady on the phone doesn't care about anything you explain to her. She's rude and really obnoxious.

Garbage place of a tow company. Lady on the phone hung up on me. Towing company is hired to tow unauthorized vehicles from our lot; only they could care less if non-permitted vehicles park are present. One car parked in two spaces and the lady on the phone was less than helpful.

Every employee somehow is the "manager"
Will one day tell you the amount to get your car then the next day will forward your calls saying they do not have to tell you the price.
The supposed " manager" sounded like a self righteous ugly fatass Latina that gets no play.
Even though the day before a woman handed the phone to a man that claimed he was the manager.i would give this place 0 stars.
They also towed a residents car from the actual apartment parking lot.
