It's still as dependable as ever! Providing a wide range of foreign and local products, as well as new produce for healthier choices. For several years, I have been a regular client of this grocery store. You should still ask the workers for assistance, and they can do so with a smile. This convenience store is still the finest of all time. Strongly advised!

I have been coming to this store more than 15 years because it is right near my house but this store has the slowest cashiers in the world. Except few of them they re super slow specially that guy named jesse. If you ask liquor or tobacco from the cashier you will see how slow they are they will walk super slow and look for the keys about 3 minutes i am not kidding:) go see yourself. A f*** turtle would be faster than them. That is the only thing i hate in this store.

She turned her back all the time on me because she couldn't fix a problem with the Uber car that I purchase there she couldn't give me a nice explanation she and instead was Ruth and chose give me the back she turned her back all the time on me ignoring me as well like they can share Cindy she was nice when she saw it to me when I tried to explain her my problem she totally ignores me and keep taking care of the customers not a good looking for that store just those two ladies very rude and very hypocrites

I only wanted to get a few things so I grabbed a basket instead of a cart. After I purchased my items the security guard stopped me and said I couldn’t take the basket to the parking lot. I asked, “why not? ” and he replied, “because you can’t”. Next time I’m going to tell him to try and stop me instead of carrying my stuff in my hands to my car. Ludicrous that you can take a cart to the parking lot but not a basket. Why even have the baskets?

It’s 1: 40am. I arrived at 1: 30 am. This location had hours that state the business is open til 2am. Yet, I’m here, before 2am, and the location is closed, doors locked, and they are refusing service, even though the advertised time of business states I can come in up until 2am. It’s sad because Ralphs reminds me the most of “home”…being that I am from the east coast. But I will go out of my way to never shop here again; and I will persuade as many ppl as I can to NOT spend their money with this business. You advertise a business operating time that is convenient to consumers that work odd hours; yet you deny us entry after a long day of labor and hunger. Shame on you!

Been going here for three years. Always find what I need at good prices. Clean store, always in and out, fast checkout. It's true, they don't tolerate crazy folks or thieves, and that's a good thing.

Love this grocery store. Always has security on site. Always clean aisles. No complaints for me.

It doesn't have everything you need. Its not the absolute best store in the world. I have to say, though, the guy who helped me find something I was looking for was so genuinely kind. He turned a horrible day into a bright one. I wish I had caught his name. Hes the reason I will return to this particular store.

It's a grocery store, it's pretty clean and you can find what you are looking for. Sometimes they don't have enough checkers so lines can be a bit long but learn to use self check and you will be all right.

Very nice go shopping when i need something in this case came to Ralph's Market chicking to feed my sick dog, my dog got special diet to recover.

My cashier was not nice. He made me feel as though i was a bother to him. He badically tossed my grocery back in my hands.

They location is always dirty, and crawling with homeless. I perfer the DTLA location more. It is nice that they have car detailing in the parking garage though.

Much friendlier atmosphere now that Wanda was taken off the register. Update: warning, she’s back. Stay away.

Large size Ralphs. Well stocked. Wonderful staff except Wanda. Lots of surface and underground parking.

I’ve been shopping here for years and this store is always kept clean and organized. The staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The store stays open late which is convenient.

You can generally get what you need but the checkout lines are long and shopping there is always a lousy experience.

They’re deli isle guy took forever. Three people waiting and he still asked us to wait.
Otherwise everything was great.

Really like this Ralphs. Good selection anf friendly/helpful staff. Unlike the one on Fountain where they act like they're too good for their jobs.
