This store is a disgrace the way they treat the people that shops there the cashier aloud a man to cut in front of the line even when he was disrespectful the cashier even told us if it was me I would not aloud him to cut in front of me unbelievable so we should act with violence I also tried to call the manager no response so unprofessional I will never shop here again the cashier name Remaliah H

This supermarket shop has very fair prices, a good range of items, a variety of options, and an effort to keep the food ingredients safe. The stores are tidy, and the workers are supportive and polite. I highly recommend this grocery store for all your needs!

We waited eighteen minutes in the express line for the cashier to service two customers.

Hire some new employees.

Simply waaaaay under staffed. It's been this way for years. I'm far more worried about covid here as opposed to the Vons and Smart & Final only blocks away.

I'm definitely going to be back in this grocery store again and again! They had fresh produce for meat and fish. The shop is as large and spacious as it is. From now on, this grocery store is my go-to stop. I love this place, man! Simple to find what you're searching for, and polite assistance when appropriate.

It's large and open late. I get massive coupons and cheap gas for my store membership. Staff is great too.

There’s an employee at the Venice location, probably young 20s, he collects all the shopping carts in the parking lot, but any trash inside he’ll just litter it. I mean credit he’s working but come on dude.

Everytime I come to this store they never have a mobile cart available. Never. Never. Never no compassion for the handicapped or disabled. I asked why they never are available I get waved or shrugged off. Disrespect

Horrible. Every time I go here one line open. Simply ridiculous. Ghetto mess. You don't see this on the West side of LA. Stay clear of this store.

Second time I’ve been here and come home to find multiple items missing when I put groceries away

I went to your grocery shop to buy some goods. I was so amazed seeing the place well-organized. I thanked your staff for helping me to find where is your vegetable section. I also observed that the shop was very clean and accurate. I will be back here again and again! A great job to all of you! Strongly recommended service!

Seen too many people indoors specially at the registers without their mask on and associates nor management asking them to use it. Whether you believe in it or not, California with is health orders in place has made it a requirement to wear mask indoors and this Ralph's didn't seem to want to enforce those health orders to people coming into the store

The bakery at the Midtown Ralph's is excellent! Anything needed for any occasions u can find there! Quality cakes etc.

At a great location that has a big parking lot! Next to CVS and yogurtland. So that is awesome!
Staff is friendly and helpful! Produce looks fresh all the time and clean! They have their meat and deli department. For any craving!
Place is clean and organized!
They also have a flower department which is awesome.
Get everything you need in one trip.

Too crowded and expensive, if you don't have a Ralphs card you'll be paying double.sucks. Go to trader Joe's better.

I am dissabled. I do not expect any one to drop everything and help me, but it was hard to find someone to just ask a question to. I like Ralphs a lot, wish they carried less salty food like other Ralphs farther away.

Positives: The store is large and has a good deli/bakery section. Good variety of items Negatives: a bit run down, especially the bathroom/meat and fish cases towards the back. They are always crazy busy, and never have enough checkers. We usually end up bagging our own groceries because theres usually only 1 bagger for 4-5 registers. The cashers look annoyed if you wait for them to do it.

This is a very basic store with a Starbucks slammed into it. Very little help on the floor when trying to find exotic culinary delights like spinach dip. The other side is that the cashiers are friendly and professional.

Everything I could want, clean, functional self check out, helpful employees. I've been going there for quick trips for a year now and enjoy how easy it is to get in and out.

This store is not that great. The deli section is really bad. The employees get talking to each other and don't pay attention to the customers and made us email longer just to find out that they do not have any roast beef at all. So crazy a deli dose not have roast beef? !? !
