Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
27Not sure why everything in the soap and shampoo section is all locked up. It's annoying having to ask an employee to unlock every item you need, and time consuming too. I understand razor blades, but why shampoo, and toothpaste, and toothbrushes, etc? Otherwise it's a great store, but the locked items is what made me start going to another Ralphs.
Starting today Friday June 1 2018 Ralph's in Malibu will no longer have plastic forks, spoons or knives in their Deli I don't think that's good for your customer.
It's a grocery store. No thrills. There's a deli counter and open cold and hot bar. They fry fish in the meat department. They also have self checkout. Dont go at night if you prefer speedy checkout.
The produce is of decent quality and the prices are fair. However, when I arrived at 6: 30pm on a Saturday evening, they were out of stock on too many items in the department. I avoid buying beer, wine and spirits here because I can buy at Vons or Pavilions for better prices.
Just ran in grabbed some stuff, vivian the very beautiful lady checked me out in no time. Very nice lady go through vivian s line.
Consistently awful. The manager Sazia always takes produce out of the plastic bag and either handles it with her bare hands or rubs it on the disgusting scanner. Most of the people who work there are openly pissed off about working there, and talk freely about how much they hate it in front of customers at check out, making it super awkward. I've heard another manager vent his issues to a bagger and get visibly shaken with rage. This place is ridiculous.
Management would rather have me go spend my money somewhere else, then to allow me to tip the barista. If you don't want us to tip baristas. Then dont have baristas in your store. But tell a customer how they can and cannot spend their money
