Grocery Store Ralphs reviews
36Expect not to be able to find anything because they just moved all their Isles around for no apparent reason. I hear rumbling and grumblings about it from customers every time I'm there also rumbling and grumbling.
First of all its Scarlet. I shop here all the time. Good service.like the deli and produce. Also very close to where I live. My only complaint is the homeless women. She likes to harass me.
At 7 am this morning while purchasing my groceries a transient came in with no shoes, very dirty feet wlked to the beer isle, and took a beer then walked out the store. The employees in the area including the Manager smiles at her and let her walked out the store. I had a conversation with the Manager because of it had been me or anyone else we'd be in jail. What the hell.
Good collection of daily needs. Store was clean and organized but outside need lot of improvements. Hope they fix it soon.
Bought bunch of groceries and used self checkout lane, it had few issues but attendant helped us to resolve those. Attendant also helped us with reward card as mine was somehow not working.
I like Ralphs. I feel like I'm betraying my loyalty to Vons by being here. I got some good deals! You win some you lose some.
I love this the convenience of this Ralph's. It's open 24 hours, the location is Prime, and they carry select products. Even though it's not an official Fresh Fare. Also has adequate staff at any time of the day.
Lined up in 2 separate cashier lines. Both then told me they were close with previous customer. Asked Manager, who is on a smoking break, if she could help. Sorry, she said. Had $100 in groceries. They remain at Ralph. Voting with my feet. Bye-bye.
The food court need to be more friendly don't judge the book by the cover when you come to work the other to stay safe while you're home you give your best at 100% you customer service
It's always been a serviceable, Ok grocery store but I can't give it more than 3 stars after they installed those turnstile/prison gates that make it so difficult to navigate the front of the store.
One of the benefits of franchises is you know what you're going to get (basically) irregardless of the branch you choose to access.
This Ralph's location has it's Starbucks kiosk, the Boar's Head brand in the deli, dozens of types of foods marketed as healthy or gluten free or some other angle to get you to buy it.
Like other Ralph's locations, I like the store. It's close to my work and because it's open 24 hours, I can do some shopping at 5 a.m. (I know, I know, I am a bit of a crazy fellow.)
So, today was my third time doing early morning shopping, though it was more like 6: 30 a.m. Each time I've shopped at this location my cart has been in terrible disrepair, wobbling as if it had a hard flat tire.
I am making this review specifically because I have had such a cart each of my three visits and, yes, I have tried multiple carts each visit.
I know the location is an older one as the driveways on to Burbank are so narrow that only a single car finds them passable and the parking stripes have gone unpainted for many a year.
Also today, I asked the customer service help desk to sell me some stamps and she told me they aren't selling stamps. Yet, her eyes clearly intimated something more akin to: Dude, it's raining, I'm late, I can't deal with you right now.
So, if you go to this location, they will have what you want just be willing to work harder, drive more skillfully, and use puppy dog eyes to get it.
Parking on weekends bad. Decent produce selection checkout always have long lines but staff is nice.
Great store. Large parking lot. Great customer service. Friendly and warm environment. Great selection of produce, Meat, deli and more
The pick up service for online shopping is absolutely a joke. And Danny and the lead working checklist were both under trained and I will Yelp this establishment again because of their training and attitudes.
Used to be a great store. No carts. No staff to help with top shelf items. Should have gone to Gelsons!
Location is convenient.
Overall decent store, if you live in the area but some of the cashiers are much to be desired. Rude, suspicious and no common sense at all! Change in management over the years has been good and no so good. Today, I desperately had to go to the bathroom and what an absolute mess! Just disgusting. If you can, it's worth driving to the location on Ventura Blvd and Hazeltine.
The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and bright and the shelves are kept fully stocked at all times. It's one grocery store i dont mind going to at all. I love the fact that it's 24 hours. I'm a night owl and when i want something at 3 am i can have it. It's just a really nice store.
