It was 1AM and they where closed and it say online they close at 2AM so maybe update your time but it's a goos place overall

I accepted this grocery store in our town since they have all I need concerning food supplies. Their representative is beautiful and connecting with to customers. I genuinely worshiped this store!

The shop is lovely and peaceful! Anything is new or newly bought. I'm trying to get from my apartment to a crowded shopping center. When I was here last week, I purchased items that were both of high quality and moderately priced. This is an absolute must-try!

The pharmacy takes decades to pick up any phone calls. I had my first Covid vaccine, i was struggling to get the second dosage. Absolutely don't recommend this pharmacy.

The prepared foods, juices, the service, and the layout selection of dry goods from this Grocery shop were all amazing! We were impressed with the cheeses, meats, and the anti-pasta selection was great, although we did end up spending more than we expected on this. Overall a really impressive place to shop for your grocery needs!

Usually all the Ralph's stores are located in upscale neighborhoods. This one is at major intersection but within a low income neighborhood where homeless people street vendors are everywhere. Therefore there are too many security staff and entrance/exit are blocked with gate inside the main doors. Other than that it's the same like any other Ralphs

I think this grocery shop will be my number one option from now on for my grocery needs. The staffs here are really masterful with their job, and they managed to help me with all the things that I needed. They all have everything that I needed from milk, cereal, veggies, and anything else. Indeed, a nice place to do your groceries! Strongly recommended!

The Grocery Ralphs met both deliciously. Our server was excellent. We will be back next time we're in town.

This review reflects how pretty much all Ralphs are. Let's be honest, the only reason people choose Ralphs over other grocery stores is the price. Ralphs offers a decent price for decent quality meat, produce, and most other products. I've shopped at 5-6 different Ralphs including this one (nearest to me), and even the one in Beverly Hills. Good customer service is pretty much non-existent in every one of those locations. It's not Walmart or Food4Less bad, but it's not even Vons good.

The cashiers RARELY greet you. You get to them and whether you say "hi"/"how are you" or not, they just throw a "RALPHS CARD? ! " on your face. Never have they ever asked me if I found everything all right/what I needed. I asked for a raincheck only once at this location, and I was sent from one employee to another, and from them to another. But regardless, I would probably keep shopping at Ralphs by ignoring the non-existing customer service.

The workers here and the security guards are very prejudice for no reason at all they will profile you and stalk you throughout the store without any legitimate reason. It can be very discomforting or even embarrassing I recommend if you can do you grocery shopping elsewhere to do so I have been their multiple times and I have had the same experience

Ralph's is the Publix of California, they are clean and fresh and have the good stuff, the quality stuff thats safe to eat, fresh meats, fresh clean fish. Look at that pics they all have StarBucks inside.

The single open checkout lane had a line so long that I ate the whole bag of chips I was buying and the half gallon of ice cream had completed melted and needed to be exchanged.

They need more cashiers.
Waiting time could take 30 minutes.

Long lines keep getting worst every time I go here. Annoying people make cashiers go to pick up themselves items that they either forget or need to buy get an offer etc. People with checks and other stuff. Manager is nowhere to be found. All lines are huge and no one cares anymore. Whatever happened to this stores needs to be fixed.

Way cleaner than the Ralph's in my area and for the same prices. Nicely diverse so I don't have other customers staring at me which is nice.peaceful area in my short experience.

This store underwent some remodeling and it looks way better now. It is well stocked and staff are friendly.

Bad customer service. Poor selection of natural/health foods. I recommend the Vons across the street.

They dont have the same produce like the Ralph's on wilshire or Hollywood. Thank you.for seen the real shoper.
