Ralphs, Los Angeles CA

I went to Ralph's grocery store on Sunday night I walked over to get the electric shopping cart and was approached by the store security. He started blocking me from getting the basket and sa I'd are you handicap are you handicap? I was so humiliated and embarrassed by his behavior I Did not know what to do. I spoke tyo the store manager and she claims that she would speak to him. This is not acceptable. I don't ever have to feel uncomfortable because I don't appear to be disabled. I called Ralph's grocery store and spoke to the store manager who said he would run the tape to see what happened. I never heard back from anyone. I am now going to call the security company and male a complaint. American Guard company.

The staff is always personable and curteous.
I vi out of my way to shop the. Especially since they remodeled.

I love this Ralph's there is one person who stands out from the rest Brenda Linares is Awesome very friendly and helpful she brightens my day I wish everyone could be as pleasant over all the employees are nice as but she stands alone as for being the BEST.

I love this Ralphs location! It is close to where I live which is a major benefit, but I also seem to have very good luck here. They never seem to run out of the things I want, and they have great fresh meat and fish for the price! The store is kept in really good condition and the staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help out if I need assistance fiūnding anything!

Nice, clean and friendly. Found a variety of prepared foods, which I was not shopping for but purchased. Great prices and friendly staff.
