Ralphs, Riverside CA

Checking out is horrible. Especially in early am. The checker who wears the face shield is rude. It's hard to get someone to check you out.

Wow! I've shopped here all my life and my experience today was horrible. I needed to order a cake so I called and pressed 1 for bakery it rang and rang but no one answered. I called several times even picking different departments like deli. No answer. Finally I got Floral to answer and was transferred to bakery where the employee was very rude and told me that I could order the cake but they need 24 hr notice and she couldn't guarantee it would be ready by 2PM tomorrow. Mind u I had been calling all morning and she basically accused me of lying because she said it only rang once but the caller hung up. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I'm so disappointed.

I'm really sad. I've called this store home for two years after finally being able to afford to buy a home and create a since of community. Today we arrived tk find that they had installed locking shopping cart wheels on the carts which makes me, someone who used to be unhoused, very uncomfortable. After 2-3 visits a week to this store to buy items necessary for my limited diet that are not available elsewhere, I think I've made my last trip. Sad that something so petty could be put into place to alienate people in your own community. Shameful.

I really love shopping here, prices are great and they're always fully stocked with vegan products. The only issue I have is when checking out, the cashiers (mainly the older ones) are always arguing and fighting with each other. I go here about twice a week but it gets really uncomfortable when employees are yelling and fighting.

Ralphs is always great, they are always very helpful polite courteous an all around great store, whenever I go to other grocery stores and they do not have what I need or want I’ll try Ralph’s, so if you cannot find what you need at your local grocery store try Ralph’s I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Buy local, shop local, spend local.

I've noticed that almost all the cashiers (mainly female) are unpleasant and basically rude. I was recently there (06/11/20), and placed my two coupons on the conveyor belt after the cashier scanned my items, one of the coupons slipped btwn the belt and metal counter. Cashier's response was, "Oh well, looks like one fell and I can't get it out! " I said that wasn't my fault. The cashier said that she didn't want to fetch out the coupon because she didn't want to get her hands dirty. OMG! Who freakin says something as idiotic and bold no less to customers? !

ORDER MORE OF THE DUNKIN' DONUT CREAMER. You guys can never keep it on the shelves so I don't think ordering more will delay the process of turning over product. Making a trip to **VONS** because apparently, they know how to order.

Worst place to shop. People are not nice come in today at 7.15 and asked if i can send money to russia at western union the lady said the manager is on the brake for 30 min.i said ok ill wait she said never mind by the time he gets back western union is gonna close.so manager take his brake for 45 min? Wow. The lady was rude. Forget there place.

Been coming here since I was probably 9 and now 17. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Never been disappointed!

Nobody that works here is pleasant. I hate going here, but sometimes have no choice because it’s the neighborhoods local market.

I am an employee there and it's a nice store and a great team. Today I was buying flowers for my Moms grave.

You need more deli staff on Sunday. 3 people waiting on a line of 6 people is kinda sad especially when you take a number only to find out they are not using the numbers.

They have great produce employees are friendly my only suggestion is that I wish they would sell diet Coke lime ginger in the 12 pack

The place is well set up; organized, cool and convenient. Great security who was very helpful. Their is a key punch lock on the bathrooms which is the only inconvenience.

I saved $21 today through the Ralph's Rewards program. They always have fresh meat stocked and available. Very friendly and helpful staff also. My favorite place to shop for groceries. I recommend you come in between 9am-2 pm and you can be in and out quickly.

Always a great variety and selection of produce bathrooms are coded and a little difficult to get in but otherwise great store

Danny is real asset to your business. He is courteous, friendly and he loves dogs! A pleasure to encounter such a nice man at checkout.

Very clean and well stocked. Organized which I totally like. Prices are good if you join Ralph's club

Went I visited I witnessed a homeless man reach into the bread bin with dirty hands at the bakery and walk out with a roll. After that, I was DONE! Won't be back and definitely never buy loose rolls!
Not their fault but it was a poor design to have the bins near the exit.
