Great deals if one pays attention to the advertisements. Friendly and helpful and cheerful personnel. In my experience when the employees are happy the experience is top shelf.

I shop at Ralph's every week and everyone is so nice and helpful. Until today, I got a checker I have never got before. She was no help at all. She checked all the groceries and I had to bag them all. Other checkers have away helped me bag if there were no bag person. Will not be going to that checker again.

Prices are a little too high for "C Grade" Produce on the weekends, their sale items don't ring up on the cash register and very difficult to keep express lanes open. Im not a fan of the "self check stands" and thos registers are never working, the one I checked out with said "Card Only, Does Not Accept Cash" and I didn't have $10.00 worth of groceries (Nacho Supplies)

It's a shame that this Ralph's location isn't safe any longer. Purchased numerous items that had been tampered with and unable to tell until you get home, along with all the transients that hang out there now. Ralph's your policies need to change on how you deal with the sad situation you're in or you will lose more customers. Do something now!

I went in today one specific item was Yoplait lite yogurt. There were 4 shelves of high sugar regular and just 5 different ones of lite. Those of us with diabetes need the lite. Also for the same reason the Powerade Zero lemon-lime flavor has never been available in this store. In other brand name stores I have never had a problem finding them. The store I go to is only 3 blocks away but I'm going to have to start going to another store so that I can get the items I want. Too bad.

They season & fry seafood for free. They will also season for you to take & cook at home

Ralph's Magnolia values me as customer and the staff are personable and friendly, that's why I shop there, I can get groceries anywhere but great customer service is hard to get these days. Joe the manger makes sure his customers are taken care, Laurie helps where ever she can, I see her helping in many of the store areas. Thank you Ralph Magnolia!

Great and friendly staff. Always a good laugh there. Never had a hard time. Easy to find things.

Pretty well-organized store. Very polite & Friendly employees; even the security guard asked if I was okay, when he noticed that I wasn't feeling well, because I had just had a tooth pulled. Two days later, when I went back into the store, he remembered me and asked how I was doing and if I was feeling any better. I felt that was very thoughtful!
