Rancho Cucamonga DMV

Surprisingly nice facility, and pretty quick service. I'm curious to see what it's like when they revert from COVID-19 distancing inside.

I reached there around 4pm. Aleast there were 15 people ahead of me. Within 5 minutes I was inside, and less than 4 minutes I was in front of the window #2. Very friendly and professional lady asked me about my visit. I told her that I sent all the information through virtual DMV portal but all I got a screen with tables showing me that the process is complete. I had no receipt, system did not tell me what is the next. So I gave her the vehicle registration paper. She looked in the computer and found my documents. She took me to another lady, Destiny. She was a computer wizard. She pulled the whole process and gave me a receipt. Told me that I should receive the registration card in 2 weeks. Everybody in this office is acting fast to solve your issue with DMV and extending their hands with a friendly smile.

Amazing service. First time in my life I actually enjoyed going to the d.m. V. Every one so respectful and helpful. Was in and out in 30 min.

I have gone to this DMV ever since I had to renew my license the first time. I don’t live in this area, and it is worth the drive. I won’t go to any other DMV. I have heard so many frustrating stories about other locations. Each time, the process has been fairly quick, straight forward, thorough, and friendly. I recently had to get my license renewed during the Pandemic. IT IS WORTH DOING ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION ONLINE BEFORE GOING. I got to skip a line that wrapped around the building because I did it online first. This last experience was Covid compliant and still worth it. Thank you to the hard working employees keeping their cool.stay safe.

Went to take drivers test which they told me was canceled but I never got a cancellation email, call, notification nothing very poor service, missed work for this

Was immediately put on hold for an HOUR and five minutes, couldn’t speak to anyone to make an appointment, couldn’t make an appointment online because next available day was 3 months from now. Couldn’t change my address online because it said my information was incorrect WHICH IT WASNT. If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks dmv:)

I’ve been at this DMV at least 3 times and always with an appointment. I’ve never spent more than an hour and 30 minutes and I’m done. I gave 3 stars only bc one old lady really messed up my paperwork that cost me a ticket but other than that the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Lost my wallet. 6 week wait for an appt. Got there at 7 and got in line. All I had to do was sign a form for a duplicate license. Went from line to line to line. Got out of there at 2: 30 in the afternoon. I'm convinced the government has no clue how to run a business.

Came in with forms filled & still have to wait forever just to change my plates. Friendly people but slow service.

Fast new renovation has done a lot of good to this once dreadful place.this DMV I actually enjoy visiting now!

Worst dmv place ever I went there 5 times and every time they wanted a different documents and there lines and 5 hours lon with no appointment, no good staff. Just go to Norco they are fast walk inn will take 10 min and they won’t make you come again they will give you right information.

My visit was very professional and fast I arrived at 730 and was finished with paper work at 830 called at 930 out of there at 10 yesssss! Thanks for your help dmv and staff

2 hour wait time today. You can sit down or leave and won't lose your place. Staff needs an attitude check but better than most dmv's.

To many people waiting to be assisted once they go through the initial first line then it's a long slow process no matter what it is a person may be doing.

Saturdays they are open only every other saturday AND THEY DONT HAVE A SIGN WITH THAT.and why can't they be open every saturday on such a busy location?

Good DMV, like any other. I highly recommend to come by appointment, if not, come waaaay before 8: 00am, line for people without appointment gets really long, all the way to outside the building at 8: 00am.

I had to wait 6 hours in line to renew my Driver Licence, and the staff at the windows remind you that you didn't make an appointment picking customers only from line with appointments. Very, very very bad service. I suggest customers to schedule appointment and bring proof or they may say "number not found"

Arrive between 5 am and 6am. Bring your US passport or birth certificate and SSN card and a utility bill if you are changing your address. You have to have your ssn card or w2 if you want to get the federally compliant drivers license. That’s the only way to not spend the entire day here or to have to come back. Or make an appointment 1.5 months ahead of time.
