Rancho Cucamonga DMV

It's a DMV, what do you want? If you come without an appointment (it's easy to make one online), you deserve whatever you get - which is going to be long lines, a brutal hours-long wait and frustration. But if you come with an appointment, the wait is usually no longer than 25-30 minutes. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT SCHEDULING SOMETHING FIRST.

I went twice. The first time I went around 10: 30 am and I spent about 3 hours but had to leave to go to work and second time i went at 8: 45 am and I spent over 4 hours and still had to leave because I had to go to work. The only thing i need to do is pay a $55 fee that I cant pay over the phone, on the kiosk or online. That's ridiculous. Am going at 8: 00 am this 3rd time hopefully I wont strike out.

These people take they're sweet time, treating people like they dont have any plans and people are standing for 2 or 3 hours for simple stuff and waiting another 2 or 3 hours to be called up! What kind of good customer care is that!

Ridiculous spend the entire day here everytime I come trying to get an appt? Book it 2 months in advance

The Security Guards who control the people entering should have the brains to let people know when the DMV NOW machine is NOT Working! I wasted 1 1/2 in the damn sun for nothing! Smfh

Worst DMV I have ever been to. Employees keep leaving for 10 minuets and then come back and take another 10 before they call a number.

Wait line 3 hours.finally see dmv person.she said she can’t do today.make appointment for next time.earliest is August 6? Almost 4weeks later.what is wrong with this DMV people!
They are so slow and so rude.should change while staff who can work better —don’t waist people’s time!

There is no parking had to park 4 blocks away my wait in line was 2hours 45 mins just to be told they couldn't help me they have just shut down their system. My visit before I did have an appointment but still spent over 3 hour there, surely there has to be a better way

Absolute garbage employees worst service and customer service i have ever experienced, psychitzophrenic homless guys have better people skills than they do.

Horrible service. My mother was verbally accused from an employee for speaking Spanish and for requesting that information to be given to her in Spanish. The information received was wrong. People at this DMV are so rude.

They allow a man to stand outside screaming at you for what seems like an eternity! He shouts how “you’re all going to hell if you don’t believe in god. ” This DMV allows you to be held captive and bombarded with this bs while you’re there to take care of your business!

Went in for a written drivers test at about 10: 30am. Didn't get out until 4pm because out of 25 windows they only used 10-12.

Arrived at 7: 30am for DL renewal. Took 2 hours to get my service number. Had to wait over 3.5 after that. Total time spent at DMV is over 6.0 hours. Very frustrating.

Worst dmv. I'd give it no stars if that was an option. 4 hour wait to purchase a $5 handbook. Absolutely not.

6 hours and still waiting for a sales license renewal. I know I should have made an appointment, but 6 hours? !

Needs new management and a whole new on Customer Services and more staff seems to be un staffed too many Windows unoccupied. Just for Driver license 4 hrs and counting. Pack a Lunch!

Made a 10: 30 appointment for behind the wheel test, but waited at least another hour to get to the actual test. People should stick to their schedule more strictly!

Most of the people working here are unfriendly. And work is very late. Compared to other dmv, it seems to need improvement in all aspects such as processing facilities. I would be in urgent need of staff training for the manager in charge.

This is the worst DMV I've been to. Having an appointment here makes very little difference. Arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment and 2.5 hours later are still waiting to take a permit test. This place is incredibly understaffed and the employees I they do have are horrible at explaining the process required for anything.
