Donegan helped my company rent a work space in Downtown LA. We needed a warehouse with an office space area for our glass wholesale and distribution company. He was quick to reply to us and showed us commercial space right away. He was all over the place I think because he was juggling so many clients. His phone kept ringing on tour. Would recommend him tho, liked what he did for us.

I called Downtown LA Real Estate before lunch and Donegan was showing me properties by 2: 45 that day. We looked at several. Although I did not go with any of the properties he showed me, I was so happy with his demeanor, helpfulness and help that I decided to write a review anyway. Good people.

Donegan is a scam artist! He undercuts other brokers; he corners tenants into deals that benefit his pocket. Stay away.

These guys never answer their phones nor do they call back from left messages and I have called for the last week 2-3 times a day about downtown space so I have no idea why they have a high rating. NOBODY is that busy.and if they are they should hire more help.
