Great local REI store!
•friendly and helpful staff who are approachable and knowledgeable
•checkout line can get long but they’re good at calling in workers from around the store to man the registers
•changing rooms are locked and require a worker to unlock for you, but there’s always someone restocking around that area so not a big deal
•bathrooms are very clean
•plenty of parking, even more so now that the Toys R Us next door is closed.

I'm a member because of choices, quality, price and helpful attitude of employees. Although, when I went I today, the winter cap selection was almost not there. Iceland is cold in September. Will check again before I go. Thanks REI.
