24Great urgent care always very friendly, doctor are great as well the wait is not long at all very clean and organized
If I had a choice they wouldn't have gotten 1 star SMH the service is terrible on the orethorthic side they have 1 Dr. For like 10-15 people piled up on the same appointment window sad to say when you tell them they need to notify the patients in regards to the waiting period the doctor what's too get an attitude and take things personal. I'm very dissatisfied with the service of the Doctor Starks and her staffing in administration far as the receptionist. This is not what a professional in the eye of the public should conduct herself she was very unprofessional and held on to my paperwork over a month. All the other staff such as front desk and therapist are excellent I wish they didn't have to work under these kind of people they bring the quality down of the service that's been given.
I have been going here for about a month now on a weekly basis. The staff have always been friendly and professional to me. The wait time is not that bad. In any place you go there will be some wait. Especially in a medical facility people need to expect that.
Overall, my experiences have been positive for this location.
This place is really bad, you wait a long time, they don't attend you proper. I had a work injury and all I got was an ace bandage and a prescription for meds, come back on monday, only to find out my chiropractor appt was for another day. No communication
