Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas

I have to edit my previous post (below) and change my view on this Residence Inn. The manger here came thru and corrected the cable issue I was having. I thanked her personally for going the extra mile in solving my complaint. It has made my stay here so much more enjoyable and would highly recommend this hotel. I really have to give the manager great credit for her service and the care she has shown for her guests.

Absolutely the worst cable tv choice I have ever seen. They don't even get the weather channel. If you are Spanish speaking, forget about finding any Spanish stations. Would never stay at another Marriott even if they comped me the room. How cheap can they get. Complained to manager who stated TV choice is set by their corporate office. Whoever set this policy should be terminated. You could get better choice at a drug infested Motel 6.
If you like to be stranded overnight in an airport with nothing to watch but CNN this is the place for you.

I have stayed at many hotels in Sacramento, CA. Residence Inn by Marriott is by far the best out of all of them. Its definately the cleanest. I mean you can walk around in your white socks and they wont get black or dark grey from thd carpet and floor after ealking around on it all day. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help the customer without hesitation. Their rooms are 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a full sized refrigerator, 2 burner stove and a fireplace. And the rooms are big and have lots of space. You can do laundry here also. The only downfall is the parking sucks. Seems like there's not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms thats here.

Management is very judgemental, but the staff is great. They have a great hot breakfast, unlike any other hotel I've stayed at during this time

Upon walking in I was amazed by how nice this place was. The amenities were very nice. The shower head seemed a little out of date. The room service came a little too early banging on the door at 8am in the morning. But other than that, it's a nice place feels like a studio sweet very home like.

Great experience and fantastic hotel.hated to switch hotels due to location but would definitely go back and stay again.

Clean, private, we had two rooms, two full bathrooms, actual wood burning fireplace, and breakfast was a nice buffet from real scrambled eggs and sausage plus cereal bar and breads, to the waffle makers with toppings for even the sweetest tooth. Shower had an awesome shower head, and the beds are hella comfy. Shop around for best price, irregardless, we still stay here.

Not good, smell of weed, dogs barking, and smell of poop. Not good at all. But nice people at the concierge desk

Clean rooms. Secure doors. Little bit overpriced for the location and size of the room you get. Not bad though.

Let me start by saying the front desk was great. First room I was given we were unable to shut the door. Maintenance and security were unable to as well. Second room had the window left open and smelled of weed. Not the best place

Stayed here for about 5 weeks for business. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfy. There is a clean pool and hot tub. The laundry is small, but I made sure to hit it during off hours. The breakfast is good, but make sure you get there early.

I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a bit old and there were stains on the wall paper. Our room got the pleasant smell of marijuana at 12 am. There was also a moldy smell in our room.
Otherwise, the staff was great, the breakfast was good, and parking was decent.

They were awesome the staff members were great the room were beautiful and the state was awesome they commentated our needs to the best I could one thing I do have my one down on is that they didn't have a handicap accessible in the bathrooms and they were the toilets were just too low for my grandfather and having bad knees it's hard for him to get up from the toilet other than that everything was great

Loud neighbor and freeway traffic. Not wheel chair friendly. Bed was small and uncomfortable. The hide a bed was so uncomfortable my husband could not sleep on it

I'm quick and the staff doesn't mess with me here. Liked it a lot. Thanks Ya'all. We got ya covered.

The continental breakfast was really good. The rooms were pretty spacious. I was a little bummed that we had to pay to do laundry, but I understand that it's expensive to provide laundry services. Overall an excellent experience.

The rooms are wonderful. We have a room for my boys and my wife and I. Each have our own bathroom. Besides that the room comes stocked with kitchen supplies and a stove, sink, dish washer, dishes. Tvs for each room and a guest bed in the living room. The grounds are nice with a pool to have fun in and the breakfast.well lets just say you will eat and be satisfied. Besides that tje place is wonderful.

Good breakfast and good appetizers at dinner. The stair steps to our room shook and I didn't like that. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and homey. The door to our room did not fit well in its frame and was very very drafty. Basically air from outside could get in on all sides of the closed door.

Good place to stay, great options for eating near by, 15 minute drive from the airport and downtown Sacramento.
