Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas

Nice visit for a business trip. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, but the hotel is getting due for an upgrade as it is starting to show age on the outside. Staff was ok, not very outgoing or engaged, the exception being the woman who ran the breakfast area on weekdays she was always on top of it and greeting everyone.

Great service, the desk attended is super nice ALL OF THEM. Also the breakfast was delicious. I actually cant wait to come back

The food was better than most Inns, the rooms are really not bad and have a basic kitchen. The weight room is anemic. I don't know what tipped it from four stars to three stars, it is what it is.

Loved staying here! Only complaint is they allowed smokers by the pool. I saw employees walk by them repeatedly without saying anything.

You can never go wrong with staying with an Marriott owned hotel. The service is always great and the beds are amazing.

I have been at this hotel several times in the last 5 years & the staff has changed for the worst. I will never ever book at the this hotel. Now I understand why franchise Marriot properties have a bad names. This property was also rude to the Marrriot Support staff. I will never ever stay at a franschised property. I can’t believe what I’m expierancing right now.

The room was dirty with dirt towels and floors and pillows. The manager was great and had them come clean our room. But in the middle of the night there were mice or rats in our kitchen! They were in the cupboards. There were droppings in the morning. The manager comped our night which was nice. But it was not a great experience.would not stay there again because of cleanliness.

Rooms are pretty busted. Thermostat managed to break twice in two days. Constant highway noise and construction sounds from staff in nearby rooms.

Not recommended.

Noisy area next to pool. Close to strip mall. Free parking and wifi. Small kitchen and full size fridge.

The suites are absolutely beautiful. The staff is courtesy. The breakfast was good. The beds are extremely comfortable. The property is well kept. Pleasant experience overall.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport is a great hotel to stay at. It has all the necessities that one would need for an extended stay. Will definitely be returning to this establishment

I'm not sure if the room were cleaned well but it was a comfortable stay. Sacramento's weather can be really hot so each room has cool air conditioning. The hotel staff needs to replace the mattresse in every pull-out couch but, it suited me just fine and I slept like a baby. The morning breakfast was delicious and after a hard days work the swimming pool and hot tub was a welcomed relief. I would recommend this place.

In a weird location/hard to get too but great employees and nice pool and basketball court, can hear people in the pool area though

Lovely suite rooms, lots of room and a useful kitchen area and fireplace. Good location from the freeway and airport, as well as restaurants and downtown.

Clean and quiet. Has a variety of amenities. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Trying to find the driveway for the Residence Inn can be a challenge. This is a place where you would enjoy staying.
