I had my first experience with waxing and I’m so glad I went with sugar waxing! It was quick and the pain was tolerable. Thank you so much for the work you ladies do.

Arrived 4 mins past my appointment time and was told they didn’t have time for me, with zero effort to re-accommodate… after I drove all the way there. Unbelievable. Have been here previously but will not return.

Update: they claim below it was only a 10 min appointment… funny, cause last time I went I waited 5 mins past my appointment time. Also seems like a bad way to run a business if you can’t handle a 4 min delay, especially given how hard parking is in that area.

This place is really hidden in diversadero but my waxer was so nice and chill and i needed a last minute Brazilian wax so I found this place sadly they don’t offer vagacials which I wish they would but since I just got a waxed it was around $55 but heard the price was going up by $3

However I will say I am VERY thankful I left with no physical damages.

The esthetician was very mean and inconsiderate, I have been waxed multiple times in the past and this has been my worst experience so far and I don’t wish it on anyone. The wax was extremely hot and I have not felt that at that level ever at ANY place I have been waxed at previously. I read the bad reviews and still booked here, giving the benefit of the doubt. But please don’t spend your money here, not worth it.

I was waxed with Kelly for the first time and she made me feel so comfortable, talked me through it and gave care tips after wards. Even checked on me the next day. She was great & I’ll be going to her from now on.

Great experience, my esthetician worked fast and precisely and the whole waxing was almost completely painless. The place is very clean and the prices are affordable.

Omg I love how easy it was to book and schedule an appointment my technician was friendly and super safe …

I just moved here and am looking for a new wax place, this place is not it.

2 stars for being clean, affordable, and quick.

However, the esthetician was rude or in a bad mood and the last thing you want is a Brazilian from someone who seems like they’re mad at you.

The Brazilian was rough and they used wax on my backside. The wax was extremely hot, I felt like I was being burned in very sensitive areas. They also left wax on my backside.

I’ve been getting sugar done for consistently for many years and this was sub par experience overall.

I liked my first experience there but when I tried to go back, the front desk girl just didn’t know how to answer any questions, and even though I just needed a redo of sugaring, because I didn’t do my last sugaring with them, they don’t consider it a redo. I was willing to pay the full price for it, and there was more than enough time. Usually it takes about 15 mins and they said they had a 30 mins slot, but they refused to see me. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me last time, she was awesome and did it in 15 mins.

I also tried to get the 10% with their text, I signed up and they never sent the text, and they also couldn’t offer me a discount. They replied eventually replied saying I didn’t get the text cause I probably put the wrong number, but I had a screenshot of me inputting my correct number. They didn’t offer a resolution or offer me a way to get the correct code. I went through their website and couldn’t find anything.

I had a great experience at ReWAXation. It was quick and (almost) painless. All safety and hygiene protocols are in place and I’m definitely going back every month.

Had such a great experience with Beth this weekend. I am new to the area and always nervous to try a new waxer and I could not have been made more at home and comfortable. Will for sure be coming back. Thank you!

I’ve been getting Brazilian sugaring since I was 17. This was my second time at this particular location (once precovid, once post lockdown) but this was the most painful experience ever. The staff was friendly for the most part but my esthetician was pretty aggressive with my skin to the point where I was verbally saying OW and I was getting a headache and she didn’t stop when I told her this.

I went to reWaxation for a Brazilian done by Kelly. She was so kind and all though it did hurt (which it is impossible for it not to hurt your first time) she did a great job at making it as smooth of a process as possible. The room and process was very clean and hygienic. I will be coming back!

First ever wax (ever) at reWAXation. Gabriella was super professional and calm, which helped me be calm. I am in love with the results. The booking process was also really easy and thorough, with good COVID protocols built in. Will be back.

I highly enjoyed my experience! Alex did a fantastic job on my first ever sugaring session. She was fast and efficient and the service itself was a lot less painful than I thought it would be! This was my first time going to reWAXation and it won't be my last!
