The first time I came to this location was awesome, the girl was so cool and sweet and made everything comfortable. Keep in mind Ive been getting waxed for some time so this isnt my first experience. The second time at this location was an entirely different story. I was wrongly under the impression I could schedule with whoever, thinking they're all wonderful so why worry… wrong. The last appointment I had, the woman went over the same spot for my brazillian quite literally 10 times. My skin has literally had to recover from this wax, I have suffered raw skin, skin flaking off, multiple horrible ingrown hairs, not to mention the woman was obviously sick the entire time… coughing in her mask, she had no voice, and just made me uncomfortable. It has been since June 24th that I got this wax and my skin is still suffering tremendously.
