Their service sucks bought a 2020 model and and went in for service they didn't even wash my vehicle and it's surprising to me. Customer service is key to boost sales.

Worst place ever to get a car, the sales person will lie right to your face about the vehicle and then try to gouge you on the price. The Chevy dealership is around the corner and they can also get you anything from this lot, since it is all John L Sullivan and they are much more honest. I'll never buy another car from these guys, go to the Chevy dealership

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try to buy a car here. We found a used car that we really liked, and went through the process of buying the car, and they even ran out credit. They sold the car out from underneath us, then try to sell us a much more expensive brand new car. So now we will have to wait to another month to go look at cars because we don't want two dings on our credit. Absolutely, the worst situation. Do not buy a car here.

Toyota rocks! Best customer service I've ever seen from everyone at the dealership from parts to repair to new car sales. Just excellent!

The dealer took me here because he thought one of the cars would work for me. I purchased a used car from this dealer and they are rude and only have 1 thing in mind, to sell you a car and get you out. No courtesy or respect for the customer. And we are the ones that pay their salaries. With our us, they would not have a business.

Had battery replaced for corvette. Next day car wouldn't start. Got jump and brought back to Chevy dealer. Battery connections weren't correctly installed. Disappointing service.

Great individual car service. Updates, pictures etc. Wait area at Nissan has complimentary Starbucks, loan cars if needed, car wash, too. Good experience for me

Ordered a 2019 Nautilus from this dealer 8/01/18, and I still don't have a my car. I have been given the run around. Got a call in December, said my car was there, drove to the dealership and my car was not there. Now the sales person says my car is in Benicia, got there 12/24/18 today is January 10, and I still don't know when I'll get my car. I found out this week that the vin# I have is incorrect, can you believe this? All this mess was at future Ford Lincoln. Oh did I mention they gave me two different vin# for my car anyone else who had problems with this dealer hit me up

You could not beat Lexus of Roseville the experience and staff are always amazing get the receptionist or your salesperson or your staff in the service area and specially your service representative Brent!

Like getting my teeth pulled. We hqd made an appt. I guess the appt desk does not communicate with the service dept and then got a song and dance from the service dept rep

Don't go here. We waited 4 and half hours to speak with finance only to find that the sales manager, had raised the agreed price by three thousand dollars. Even that might not have been so bad, but after we purchased the vehicle, we found that it wasn't even a good one. Worst buying experience of my life. Go anywhere else.

Don't like how you have to loop around and if you happen to miss your dealership because some tool won't let you change lanes you have to go completely around again.

I bought my car at Mazda had great service until my warranty was gone then every time I got my car serviced they my breaks are at 25% and they could fix it for almost $700 I said no went somewhere else and they said my breaks were fine, and each time it's been something different.

2 months of lies and empty promises from toyota on a lemon car to make it better, their idea of better was refinance and charge me more. The only positive through this while ordeal is Region in finance is fantastic to deal with and very honest, he goes the extra mile.
I will never return for future cars from the roseville automall nor recommend them to anyone else.
